In a forest in the northern part of Earth.
A tower that reached into the clouds stood tall here.
The tower's surface was carved with ancient and weathered images.
From the weathered marks on the tower, it was clear that it had existed for a very long time.
Some said this tower had existed since the ancient era of Earth, while others claimed it was built by a civilization from another universe; various rumors circulated throughout the world, and no one knew which were true and which were false.
At the top of the tower sat a cat-like creature, standing upright in front of three water jars.
A cat walking on two legs always felt particularly jarring.
This cat was the guardian of Korin Tower, known as Korin; he had lived for over eight hundred years and was primarily responsible for training the martial artists who climbed Korin Tower.
Korin's face was drenched in sweat, as if he had seen something terrifying in the water jars.
"This energy! How terrifying!"
Korin pulled a handkerchief from somewhere and wiped the sweat from his face.
Who were those two children, and where on earth did they come from?
Korin's mind was filled with confusion.
He had never seen such terrifying individuals on Earth before; although they had suppressed their energy, their crude method of concealment was simply atrocious, making it obvious at a glance that they contained extremely terrifying power within their bodies.
Korin guessed that if the energy within those two children were to detonate, the entire Earth would likely explode!
Thinking of this, Korin broke into a cold sweat again.
If such powerful beings were to commit evil, he reckoned no one would be able to stop them.
He looked up at the sky, wondering if even the one above would be able to handle it.
Passing through the clouds.
Located at the very top of Korin Tower, a temple floated in the void.
The temple was semi-circular with a small indentation at the bottom, surrounded by white and red colors, and a staircase hung against the wall.
Following the stairs to the top of the temple, the ground was paved with white tiles, and green plants were planted around the perimeter. A walkway appeared before them, leading to a large room ahead. White energy drifted across the surface of the temple, filled with an extremely mysterious feeling.
An elderly Namek stood at the edge of the temple, accompanied by a coal-black figure dressed in traditional Indian-style clothing.
The coal-black figure was Mr. Popo.
The elderly Namek was Kami.
He had fled from Namek to Earth as a child, and after enduring countless hardships, he eventually became the Kami of Earth.
For so many years, Earth had never experienced an alien invasion; there had only been natural disasters and internal conflicts among humans.
The sudden appearance of two brats, both containing explosive power, left Kami feeling terrified.
He looked down at the world below, filled with worry.
Just like Korin, Kami had no idea how these two little ones had appeared.
He looked at the two children as if they were two powder kegs filled with gunpowder; once they erupted, they would destroy the world.
He feared that even his own split self, King Piccolo, would have to kneel on the spot if he were here!
If Kasso were to wreak havoc on Earth, Kami truly would have no way to stop him.
Kami sighed, hoping only that they would not cause trouble.
In the world below.
The surroundings were filled with high-rise buildings, cars coming and going on the roads, and high-tech products everywhere.
Ausbie walked along the street, deeply attracted by the dazzling array of goods, her curious expression like a country bumpkin entering the city.
Holding Kasso's hand, Ausbie looked around, and when she saw something delicious, her saliva began to flow uncontrollably.
"Brother Kasso, there's something yummy!"
"I'll take you to eat later, don't be in such a rush."
Kasso patted her head and smiled helplessly.
Ausbie was just like Goku when he was a child; she couldn't move once she saw something good to eat.
Fortunately, this girl was quite obedient, and she did whatever Kasso told her to do.
Suddenly!
A commotion broke out ahead.
"Hurry up."
"Grab it and let's go."
"If we don't leave now, the police will be here!"
Over a dozen burly men wearing black stockings were robbing a store.
The leader of the robbers held a machine gun in one hand and frantically scooped up capsule-shaped items from the display case with the other, while his underlings did the same.
The waiters nearby lay prone on the ground, trembling, not daring to stop them at all.
Kasso saw the situation in the shop and found it quite interesting.
He remembered that when watching the anime, there was a beautiful bandit who would change her hairstyle whenever she sneezed, and her personality would change along with it.
In the early stages, that beauty had quite a lot of screen time, but later on, she basically stopped appearing.
Kasso thought for a moment, but still couldn't recall that beauty's name; he guessed she was probably just a little brat right now!
"Alright, let's go quickly!"
The leader of the robbers roared, then led his lackeys to quickly walk out of the shop door.
The robbers marched out in a grand procession, and the passersby nearby all showed expressions of fear, quickly hiding to the side to avoid being caught in the crossfire.
Kasso shook his head, looking at the trash with a combat power of only 5; he finally understood the disdain Raditz felt.
He had absolutely no interest in such combat-power-of-five scum.
He would wander around a bit more and then go find Dr. Brief!
Just as Kasso was about to leave, he looked up and noticed the logo of Capsule Corp printed on the storefront.
"These pieces of trash are robbing Capsule Corp?" Kasso smirked.
He had been thinking about asking Dr. Brief to help manufacture some Gravity Chamber units!
Since that was the case, he would give Dr. Brief a welcoming gift.
The robbers quickly ran to their vehicle, preparing to board and flee.
"Where is Brother Kasso?" Ausbie noticed that Kasso had disappeared from her side.
At this moment, a white light flashed across the street, and a small figure appeared in front of the robbers in the blink of an eye.
Suddenly!
Kasso vanished again.
"Thud!"
A dozen or so robbers inexplicably fell to the ground.
The robbers' bizarre behavior caused the passersby to run even further away.
Kasso picked up the stuffed bags from the robbers' arms and opened them to take a look; they were all capsules, and these dozen or so small bags were probably worth quite a lot of money.
He reached out a hand toward Little Biel in the distance, signaling her to come over.
Ausbie trotted happily after Kasso into the shop.
"I've retrieved the capsules for you; I have something I'd like to discuss with Dr. Brief."
Kasso had helped them retrieve the capsules, and the person in charge of the shop was very grateful, so they notified the company headquarters that someone wanted to visit Dr. Brief.
Upon learning that a shop under his company's banner had been robbed and that someone had helped retrieve the items, and that the person also requested to see him, Dr. Brief agreed to meet the individual.
West City was the most prosperous area on Earth, and the wealthiest group of people on the planet lived here.
On this day, two small figures stood in front of the large Dr. Brief estate.
