The two Saber-toothed Tigers were similar in size, roughly as large as elephants. Seeming to realize these two were not to be trifled with, they abandoned their standoff and roared angrily at the pair.

"Little tiger, take this!"

Ausbie hovered in mid-air, bringing her hands together. A point of blue light appeared between her palms, shimmering like a sapphire under a beam of light. In an instant, the small blue dot expanded rapidly, and a shockwave the size of an adult's fist formed in her hands.

She pushed forward, and the blue shockwave flashed across the sky like lightning, shooting rapidly toward the smaller Saber-toothed Tiger.

The tiger dodged to the side, narrowly avoiding the blast.

Boom! The shockwave exploded, filling the air with dust as surrounding trees were shredded to pieces.

"Damn it, it missed!"

Ausbie's lithe body flashed as she charged forward again.

The Saber-toothed Tiger couldn't reach the humanoid creature above and roared in impotent rage.

"Little Biel, stop playing around. Finish it quickly; it's time to head back!" Kasso took out another Saber-toothed Tiger with a single fingertip blast.

"Alright, give me a second."

Ausbie channeled all her strength, and a basketball-sized energy sphere materialized in her hands.

The Saber-toothed Tiger realized its situation was dire; if it didn't run now, its life would be forfeit!

It turned and leaped, desperate to dive into the dense forest.

The Saber-toothed Tiger was struck by the energy projectile, triggering a violent explosion.

As the smoke cleared, the Saber-toothed Tiger was nowhere to be seen.

It had been blasted into ash!

Kasso flew down from the sky, covering his face. "Well, I guess we can't eat this little one anymore."

I never expected this girl to be so violent!

Ausbie stuck out her tongue, feeling a bit embarrassed.

"Let's go, I'm starving."

Kasso grabbed the tiger lying on the ground with his bare hands, and he and Ausbie flew back toward their cave.
