Over the past few years, Planet Sadala had continued to prosper. The Saiyan squad had even established its own mercenary organization in space, and thanks to the reputation they had built up, it quickly made a name for itself.
The other mercenary groups could only seethe in silence. What could they do when the Saiyans were stronger than them?
Kasso had continued training on Planet Sadala, but as time passed, he soon reached a bottleneck. The 600-times-gravity chamber could no longer help him improve.
Kasso knew that he couldn't focus solely on increasing his own power. The Saiyans were a race famous for fighting.
So, a few years ago, Kasso had left Planet Sadala and ventured into space in search of all kinds of battles.
But early in the Dragon Ball story, there weren't many powerful fighters in the universe. Just as Kasso was growing disheartened and preparing to return to Planet Sadala, he discovered an interesting planet: Planet Metamor.
Kasso had trained on Planet Metamor for several years. During that time, he had heard Earth's dragon ask him whether he wanted to be transported, and realized that the Dragon Ball story had begun.
So, after finishing his training, Kasso returned to Planet Sadala and brought Bardock and Gine with him to Earth.
They happened to arrive during the 21st World Martial Arts Tournament.
"Kakarot!" Gine covered her mouth with her hands, tears welling in her eyes.
Goku had been exiled here not long after he was born. The moment Gine saw his distinctive hairstyle, she recognized her son.
Bardock furrowed his brows and said nothing.
He thought the Kakarot onstage was weak. Could that little guy really become a Super Saiyan?
Unlike the two beside him, Kasso had spent several years on Planet Metamor. He found the fight onstage
