Korin was still watching the scenes in the three water basins when the voice behind him startled him.
"Oh, it's you!"
Seeing who had arrived, Korin somehow produced a handkerchief and wiped his catlike face.
The scenes in his water basins showed the World Martial Arts Tournament. The martial arts skills of Earth's people were growing ever stronger, and talented martial artists were emerging from all over the world. Goku was one of the best among them.
In the final match of the tournament, Master Roshi wanted Goku to learn that there was always someone stronger, and that he must never grow complacent in his training. So he disguised himself as Jackie Chun and even defeated Goku.
Korin agreed with Master Roshi's approach.
Looking at the four people before him, Korin realized that the young man was the little fellow from all those years ago. He hadn't expected him to remain as mysterious as ever.
"Korin, do you have any Senzu Beans left?" Kasso teased him.
"I... I'm out!"
Kasso's words made Korin shudder. That kid was eyeing his Senzu Beans again.
After Kasso had warned him all those years ago, Korin had learned just how precious Senzu Beans were. He still regretted trading some to Kasso, so how could he possibly admit to having any left?
Kasso smiled without saying anything. Now that the fat cat understood how important Senzu Beans were, he could rest easy.
Gine took Bulma's little hand and strolled around, while Bardock followed behind them. At the mention of Senzu Beans, he turned around too.
So this was where the Senzu Beans came from!

Bardock rested his chin on his hand and thought it over, but decided against it.
