Sparse sunlight pierced through the window lattice. The Ghosts in the air evaporated at tremendous speed, while dust-moted air danced in the sunlight. Apart from the Crimson Psionic Energy radiating from Wanda Maximoff and the tiny crackling bolts of lightning in the air, the hall, which moments ago had been filled with bloodcurdling howls, wails, and sobs, fell silent. Everything had happened so quickly that Master Daniel's arcane spell had nowhere to go. Still, he reacted swiftly and continued reinforcing Wanda Maximoff's defenses.

"I contacted the medical team. They're on their way and will arrive within three minutes. I need you to shut down all the defensive facilities here, Master Daniel." A few seconds later, Praetorian Guard Amphitryon walked over to the witch's side. Master Daniel glared furiously at the Golden Armored Giant.
