Background / History

Xiao Yin infiltrates Notting Academy and Dorm Seven, where Xiao Wu quickly grows close to him while Tang San remains wary of his presence. When Yu Xiaogang attempts to take him as a disciple, Xiao Yin reveals the Taotie martial soul and refuses the offer. During the group’s Soul Hunting Forest expedition, his Taotie instincts detect soul-beast traces and the Nether Wolf ambush before it is confirmed by Tang San. 4 5

He obtains his first soul ring by waiting for the Golden-Armored Earth Dragon and Nether Shadow Leopard to mortally wound one another, then killing the dragon and draining both beasts’ blood essence. Seeking further growth, he travels into the Star Dou Forest, purchases supplies through the System Mall, and pursues stronger soul beasts and bloodlines. 10 12 16

After receiving a Ye Family Guest Elder Token, Xiao Yin absorbs a hundred-thousand-year soul bone and hunts continuously until reaching Soul Elder.
