Chakra gathered steadily in Jiraiya's hand, forming a beautiful blue sphere whose size and shape closely resembled the balloon in his right hand.
"Amazing! The chakra is spinning in irregular directions, faster and faster, yet it still forms a perfect sphere. It's just like..."

"Then inside the balloon in your right hand... is the same thing happening as in your left?"
Naruto was secretly astonished and couldn't help asking.

That question made Jiraiya positively smug. He had finally managed to impress the brat!
Then he glanced at Lin Mu beside him and found him looking just as shocked, which pleased him even more.
"You're making all that chakra spin, but the balloon doesn't move at all.
It's more powerful than when you burst the rubber ball, and it's clearly spinning much faster, too..."
Naruto Uzumaki couldn't make sense of it. How was that possible?
"In this third stage, you have to bring out one hundred percent of everything you've learned so far, then maintain it!
In other words, maximize the chakra's rotation and power. Then create a membrane inside the balloon and imagine compressing the chakra within it!"
Lin Mu also listened closely to Jiraiya's explanation, silently marveling at it.
