Kabuto Yakushi looked at the steel needle in his hand, droplets sliding along its surface, and his expression grew grave.
"Poison?!"
Shizune no longer cared what Kabuto Yakushi thought. No one was allowed to challenge Lady Tsunade's authority!
She pushed off hard with both legs and surged forward. A gleaming blade appeared in her hand, poised to pierce Kabuto Yakushi's throat.

Kabuto Yakushi stared in shock, his expression utterly grave.

Orochimaru barely reacted. He knew Tsunade all too well.
Kabuto Yakushi no longer had the composure he had shown when first facing Tsunade.
