"What is it, Remus... me?!" Sirius Black had been keeping his full attention on werewolf Voldemort when he heard his friend's warning beside him.
He turned and saw the faintly pained expression on Remus Lupin's face as he struggled to hold it back.
He had seen the magic Isaac had just used, too. Much like werewolf Voldemort, Sirius Black had long known that ordinary Transfiguration had no effect on werewolves.
Unless it was the real moon, a werewolf wizard would not transform so easily.
Sirius Black knew Lupin far too well. One look at his expression told him that his friend was showing the first signs of transforming.

Sirius Black stared at Isaac in shock. We're all wizards here, so how come you can just whip up a moon with your bare hands?
Did that make any sense?
Was that even magic?!
It bloody well made no sense, magical or otherwise.
Sirius Black felt as though Isaac was relentlessly battering his sanity. Honestly, his emotions had not swung this wildly even in Azkaban.
Well... if his emotions had been this lively in Azkaban, the Dementors would probably have singled him out long ago.
To a Dementor, wasn't a wizard with such extreme emotional swings basically a self-service feeding station?
Beads of sweat rolled down Isaac's forehead as he maintained the Transfiguration.
If he were merely conjuring a moon the size of a platter, it would hardly have taken this much effort. Even creating a miniature moon would not have been difficult for him.
But creating a real moon belonging to the wizarding world, complete with the magical tides of its phases and its cosmic magical effects, was not something that could be described as merely "very difficult."
He was attempting something outright impossible.
