• Lin Chen refined the Space Ancestral Symbol, reached the Grand Talisman Ancestor realm, and discovered that the planar seal against the demons was weakening.
• Ying Xiaoxiao and Ling Qingzhu defeated Yuan Cang and the Yuan Sect’s forces, while Lin Chen and Mo Luo used their Ancestral Symbols to destroy the Demonic King sealed inside the Great Desolation Barren Tablet.
• Lin Chen took the Great Desolation Barren Tablet with him, then negotiated with Tang Dongling and met Liu Xiangxuan at the Heavenly Merchant Pavilion.

Lin Chen helped Little Marten expose Hao Jiuyou’s betrayal and defend the Heavenly Demonic Sable Clan from the Other Demons. After the attack left the clan battered, Lin Chen entered a brutal Purgatory illusion to strengthen himself, and resolved to endure it.

• Lin Chen left Xin Qing to receive the Nine-tailed Spirit Fox’s inheritance, then traveled with Little Marten to the Heavenly Demon Domain and learned that Hao Jiuyou had taken control of the clan’s support.
• Lin Chen slipped into the Heavenly Cave while Little Marten distracted its guardians, found the Eternal Illusory Demon Flowers trapping the clan’s experts, and freed Little Marten’s Father from the illusion.
• Little Marten and Hao Jiuyou fought for the heir position, but Lin Chen and the awakened Clan Leader exposed Hao Jiuyou and the elders who had allied with the Other Demons.
• Hao Jiuyou summoned the Illusion King and other Other Demons, while the Heavenly Demonic Sable Clan activated its defenses and fought to protect its members.
• Lin Chen and the clan’s experts battled the Other Demons, but the Earth Illusion King and ten Demonic Generals self-destructed, breaking the Clan Protection Array and leaving the clan severely weakened.
