A breach had opened in the array, but it quickly sealed itself. Ōtsutsuki Qing raised an eyebrow. "Oh? This Shinobi World is rather interesting. So is this array."
"But interesting is all it is. If a casual strike from me can cause this much damage, the Shinobi World really must be weak."
Before he could finish laughing, a figure appeared before him. Ōtsutsuki Qing's pupils contracted. He hadn't even noticed when this fellow had arrived!
"You're Uchiha Izuna." Ōtsutsuki Qing's brows knitted tightly. Now he was taking this seriously.
"Yes." As Uchiha Izuna spoke, he took out his Time Law Compass.
He said flatly, "Freeze!"
The Time Law instantly spread out, immobilizing Ōtsutsuki Qing and the Azure Dragon formed from the Yi Wood Source. Neither could move at all.
