No other information related to him had ever been brought up. In other words, Kurokawa Hideo did not actually meet the requirements to appear in a Singularity as a Servant.
Yet Kurokawa Hideo had undeniably appeared, and possessed tremendous power—enough to pin both Yuna and Mama Bear to the ground and beat them down.
That was clearly not normal.
It was almost impossible for a Servant with no records whatsoever to be so powerful. Moreover, Fujimaru Ritsuka had learned from Mama Bear that Kurokawa Hideo, in life, had merely been a frail ordinary man.
