Among them, Ishtar felt terribly miserable and pained at the sight of all this. She was also deeply self-reproachful, because in her eyes, Uruk had become like this entirely because of her.
Though she was a willful and self-centered goddess, this Ishtar, manifested through Tohsaka Rin's body, was not the cold and arrogant figure of myth who regarded human lives as insignificant.
A goddess with so much kindness in her heart simply could not bear the tragedy caused by herself. Thus, she could only bury herself in battle, fighting with all her strength to save more people.
