A massive modern building, decorated primarily in silver and green, neither extravagantly ostentatious nor plain and shabby. This council building, constructed by the Elf Race after studying the preferences of the rulers of the major galaxies, stood in stark contrast to the surrounding elven treehouses.
At a perfectly round conference table, Elf Queen Krestel sat with dignity and majesty. Though she was already over a thousand years old, she possessed the youth and beauty of a human woman in her twenties. Her tender, smooth skin and vibrant youthful aura ensured that she would be a dazzling star wherever she went.
Six elven elders sat on either side of the Elf Queen. Across from them were leaders or envoys from the various civilizations. Since this resolution had been proposed too hastily, the federation council members had not yet been selected, so those present would temporarily exercise voting and veto rights.
The Elf Queen swept her gaze over everyone, her red lips parting slightly. "Everyone, we will now discuss the resolution to dispatch troops against the Galactic Empire and the Bordeaux Empire. Each of you may speak in turn, then exercise your voting and veto rights. As long as more than half approve, the resolution will pass. Now, His Majesty Ye Luo of the Zerg may begin."
Ye Luo sat at the far left. When the Queen called on him, he merely shrugged and casually tossed out two words. "I agree..."
In an instant, everyone's eyes converged on him.
What did he mean, he agreed? This was a war against two galaxies with military strength comparable to—or perhaps even greater than—theirs. Once the fighting began, millions of lives would likely be sent to the battlefield. Resource supplies, fleet deployments, and the division of benefits were all matters that needed to be discussed.
