Background

Mu Ningxue knew Lin Yu from childhood and reportedly followed him closely as a young girl. Three years before the Tianlan Magic High School assessment, Lin Yu took her to his home, prompting intervention by the Mu family; she later apologized to him for the incident. 3 4

Her clan’s expectations left her little room for personal concerns. She sought recognition in the World School Tournament to attract outside investment and support her bloodline, explaining why she had become reserved and distant. 60
