Two people of different heights glared at each other.
Their foreheads collided repeatedly, finally pressing firmly against one another until they began to turn red.
One was a tall werewolf with silver hair and dog ears, while the other was a short cat person with black hair and cat ears.
In front of the luxuriously decorated gate, they stood in a standoff just like children.
To the right of the gate, a tall Boarman carried a pitch-black, wide heavy sword on his back, staring steadily at the gate without paying any attention to the two bickering nearby.
On the other side, the golden-haired Pallum behind the werewolf watched the two with a helpless expression; behind him, besides a dwarf of similar height, stood several young men and women.
A busty, dark-skinned girl kept her eyes fixed on the back of the Pallum, her face filled with infatuation.
Beside her, a girl with a similar appearance but a flat figure looked at her love-struck sister in silence.
A black-haired youth stood with his arms crossed, watching the scene before him with a calm expression, until he felt someone observing him.
He turned his head toward the source of the gaze, only to see the golden-haired girl beside him wearing a prim and proper expression.
He scanned his surroundings, then turned his head back with a look of confusion.
As soon as he turned away, the girl beside him snuck another glance at the youth.
This scene continued for a while.
"Snap!"
The sudden sound drew the attention of everyone present, including the werewolf and cat person who were still in their standoff.
They saw Loki kick the door open and stomp out, her hands in her pockets and a look of annoyance on her face. Numerous gods and goddesses filed out behind her.
Many curvaceous goddesses noticed the golden-haired Pallum at the gate, their eyes lighting up as they lifted their skirts and hurried toward him.
"Oh! How cute. Finn, would you like to come over to my place for a visit later?"
"That flat-chested Loki has no charm at all; you should just transfer to my Familia. You can be with me all the time~"
"Did you get hurt after what happened last night? Let big sister take a look."
The swarming goddesses surrounded Finn, even pushing his companions to the edge of the crowd.
Tione watched the goddesses surrounding Finn, her expression turning terrifying as her long black hair danced behind her like a demon's.
"You women, the Captain is mine!"
She moved to pounce on them.
Tiona, standing beside her, grabbed her waist and stopped her sister's advance.
"Calm down, calm down! They're all goddesses; you have to trust the Captain!"
The others nearby looked at the two sisters helplessly.
Meanwhile, Finn, surrounded by the goddesses, dodged their wandering hands while politely declining their requests with a smile.
"I appreciate your kindness, but I have no intention of joining another Familia. I still have internal Familia matters to handle, so please excuse me."
Hearing Finn's words, Tione looked at him with emotion and ceased her struggle.
"Cap~tain~"
Behind her, Tiona slapped her hand to her face, unable to bear her sister's fickle attitude.
Loki, standing at the doorway looking annoyed, twitched her mouth as she watched the goddesses surrounding Finn.
She walked toward them with a crab-like gait, hands in her pockets, craning her neck to look at them.
The goddesses looked at her in confusion, but before they could ask, Loki took a deep breath and roared.
"What do you think you're doing, surrounding him like this!! Let go of our Finn right now, or I'll bite you to death!"
Startled by Loki's sudden outburst, the goddesses backed away, rolling their eyes at her uncouth behavior before waving her off and turning to Finn.
"Take care of yourself. You can come visit our place when you have time~"
"Having a main god like that must be such a headache. Looking forward to seeing you again."
They mocked Loki while bidding Finn farewell and turning to leave.
"What are you saying! Stay here and fight me one-on-one!"
Loki, who had been acting so tough, heard their taunts and waved her arms, shouting at the departing goddesses.
Finn let out a sigh of relief and said to Loki.
"Thank you, Loki."
"Hmph! A bunch of sluts."
Loki calmed her emotions, snorted at Finn's thanks, and muttered.
Finn looked at the annoyed Loki with a helpless expression.
Most of the other gods had already left one after another while Finn was being surrounded.
Once the goddesses had departed, there was no one left at the entrance except for the members of the Loki Familia and the Freya Familia.
Loki was just about to lead everyone away when she heard the sound of fawning voices approaching from inside the meeting room, and she turned her gaze toward the interior.
Freya, surrounded by male gods, slowly walked out from the open doorway.
Upon seeing the crowd at the entrance, she quickened her pace to shake off the gods fawning over her.
She arrived before Ottar and Allen and nodded at them; the two men straightened their postures and bowed to Freya.
Loki stared at Freya, and seeing her turn to look at her, she twisted her mouth and said.
"What? Something else?"
Freya ignored Loki, nodded at Liber, who was standing in the middle of the crowd, and said with a smile.
"We meet again, my lovely child. Would you like to come to my side?"
Loki immediately pressed up against Freya, staring at her with a terrifying gaze.
"What~ did~ you~ say?"
The others present heard Freya's words and turned to look at Liber in unison.
His familia companions looked at him with surprise, while Allen, standing opposite him, glared at him with a look of jealousy in his eyes.
Liber watched his companions' expressions of surprise gradually shift into worry, then lowered his arms from his chest.
He sighed and said, "I must refuse.
It is already exhausting enough to serve under a drunkard who acts nothing like a goddess; I have no desire to operate under another, even more troublesome one."
Loki, who had been busy trying to intimidate Freya, heard Liber's remark and turned her head to look at him with dissatisfaction.
"I am not a drunkard! My hobby is just drinking, and I happen to drink a bit more than most."
Tiona, who had been patting her chest in relief, heard Loki's reply and retorted with black lines of exasperation on her forehead.
"That kind of excuse is exactly what a drunkard would say!"
Freya shrugged at Liber's rejection; she had only asked out of a desire to collect him, and she didn't take his response to heart.
She beckoned to Ottar and Allen and turned to leave.
Loki, who was in the middle of debating with Tiona, saw her retreating back and hurriedly warned her.
"Hey, I'll let you off this time. Don't let such a commotion-causing incident happen again."
Hearing this, Freya turned around with her hands behind her back and leaned her upper body forward, her robe clinging to her frame and outlining her graceful curves.
She tilted her head and stuck out her tongue, saying playfully.
"Fate is calling to me; I can't exactly promise that~"
A vein bulged on Loki's forehead as she strode up to her and delivered an iron fist to her head.
"Calling your head!"
"Oof!"
Freya covered her head with a muffled cry of pain.
Behind her, Ottar and Allen heard her words and, recalling their own anxious state of mind tonight, wore expressions of helplessness.
Seeing Loki strike their goddess, they did not intervene, hoping that this would discourage her from having similar ideas in the future.
Neither side continued to tangle, and they prepared to disperse.
Liber followed the pace of his team at the back of the group as they left.
"Hey, you black-haired brat over there."
He suddenly heard Allen's voice calling out to him and turned his head to look.
Everyone heard the shout and stopped to look back.
Freya and Ottar also halted their steps, looking at Allen, who stood rooted to the spot, staring at Liber.
"What is it?"
Liber asked, seeing Allen glaring at him with ill intent.
"What is your name?"
"Liber Miller. What do you want?"
He asked Allen in return.
"Liber, is it? Just wait. Sooner or later, I will tear you to shreds!"
Allen clutched his spear, threw out this threatening remark, and turned to follow Freya away.
Liber watched his back and shrugged, saying.
"What a self-important guy."
Behind him, the blonde girl gazed at Liber's back with a complex expression.
