It turned its head and looked to the other side.

Following its gaze, Sam saw Dean approaching from the other direction. His expression mirrored Sam's—wary, tense, ready to strike at any moment.

"I came to tell you something." Black Shadow's face gradually twisted, revealing a face—it was Amara, the Mother of Darkness.

Dean walked over to Sam's side. The two stood shoulder to shoulder like two walls.

"Damn it, Amara. What are you doing here?" Dean kept his voice low, forcing the words through clenched teeth. Holy light gathered in his hand as well, ready for a fight to the death at any moment.

Amara's figure swayed slowly before them, like a wisp of smoke blown by the wind.

She neither attacked nor retreated.

"I said it already. I'm not here to cause trouble. I only want to tell you something." Her voice was faint and eerie, like wind passing through a dry well. "You saw those scenes just now, didn't you? Lohr, the president of the Demon Hunter Guild, is secretly carrying out certain things. What he is doing is more terrifying than anything Lucifer or I have done. Did you see those two worlds? He opened the gate between worlds. He has already mastered God's power. This is not the end—it is only the beginning. More worlds will be destroyed next."

"Impossible." Sam quickly shook his head, his tone resolute. "Lohr isn't that kind of person. Without him, this world would have been destroyed long ago. How could things still be as they are now?"

Dean said in a deep voice, "You're trying to drive a wedge between us. You think we'll believe you?"

"Even if he did it, he must have had his reasons. Our lives are good enough now—if you're willing to be sealed away too."
