Ma Hongjun rubbed his hands together, a lecherous grin spreading across his face as his beady eyes roamed around.
Oscar also whispered excitedly.
"Definitely! We might even meet our destined loves today."
Dai Mubai raised an eyebrow, his eyes filled with anticipation as well.
"Come on, let's go take a look over there. I think I just saw some students heading that way."
As the three walked along the bamboo path, two women approached from around the bend.
They wore Rainbow Academy's light blue uniforms.
The woman in front had long, water-blue hair cascading over her shoulders. She was stunning, with skin as fair as snow and an elegant, refined air.
A slightly younger girl walked beside her. She looked about seventy percent like the woman, but seemed lively and adorable, with a pair of exceptionally shapely long legs.
The sight of the two beauties together made Dai Mubai and the others' eyes nearly pop out of their heads.
"Boss Dai! Look! They're twins!"
Ma Hongjun's beady eyes locked onto Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er, and his breathing immediately grew ragged.
Dai Mubai couldn't help swallowing, the light in his eyes turning feverish.

Ma Hongjun couldn't hold back any longer. He strode forward and blocked Shui Bing'er and Shui Yue'er's path.

"I'm Dai Mubai, the captain of Shrek Academy's team. May I ask your names, ladies?"
Shui Bing'er stopped and looked at the two ill-intentioned men in front of her, her pretty brows drawing into a tight frown.
Disgusted coldness flashed in her eyes. She couldn't be bothered to answer them. Taking Shui Yue'er by the hand, she tried to walk around them.
"Hey, don't go!"
Ma Hongjun darted across her path again, teasing her frivolously.
"Why so cold, little sister? I'm very gentle, you know. Why don't we find somewhere quiet and get to know each other better?"
As he spoke, he brazenly reached for Shui Bing'er's shoulder.
A cold glint flashed in Shui Bing'er's beautiful eyes.
"Get lost!"
With a crisp shout,
a terrifying chill erupted from Shui Bing'er in an instant.
Four dazzling Soul Rings—two yellow and two purple—rose around her feet. Her powerful ice-attribute Soul Power instantly coated the surrounding bamboo leaves in a thick layer of white frost.

Without even needing to gather power, deep-blue ice suddenly burst open beneath Dai Mubai's feet.
His punch hadn't even reached Shui Bing'er when a thick layer of solid ice froze him in place. He couldn't move so much as a finger.

Ma Hongjun was horrified. He hurriedly channeled his Evil Fire and unleashed his first Soul Skill, Phoenix Fire Line, trying to melt the ice and free Dai Mubai.

"Argh—!"
Ma Hongjun let out a terrible scream as the ice blades struck him. Dozens of deep, bone-exposing wounds appeared on his body in an instant. He was sent flying in a sorry state, rolled across the ground several times, and stained it red with blood.
Dai Mubai finally shattered the Ice Seal, but the meridians throughout his body had been chilled stiff, leaving him moving sluggishly.
His face livid, he roared and charged again.
"White Tiger Intense Light Wave!"
A milky-white beam blasted from his mouth.
Shui Bing'er shifted slightly to the side and dodged it with an elegant movement.
Then she darted forward and slammed her palm into Dai Mubai's chest, wrapped in terrifying freezing power.
Her icy Soul Power invaded Dai Mubai's meridians in an instant.
Dai Mubai felt as if the blood in his body were about to freeze. He spat out a mouthful of blood and crashed heavily to the ground as if struck by a hammer, his face deathly pale.
Oscar was already trembling with fear. He stood frozen in place, holding several sausages, not even daring to breathe too loudly.
Shui Bing'er slowly walked toward Dai Mubai and Ma Hongjun, who were sprawled on the ground, her straight, shapely legs carrying her forward.
She looked down at them, her eyes full of disdain.
"Shrek Academy? With scum like you, harboring such filthy thoughts, you think you can run wild at Rainbow Academy?"
"For lechers like you, crippling you is the best choice."
At the words "crippling you," Ma Hongjun and Dai Mubai felt a chill shoot straight through their skulls. They nearly lost their souls in fright.
"D-don't... don't do it!"
Ma Hongjun lay on the ground, desperately scrambling backward, his voice trembling uncontrollably.
"We're students of Shrek Academy! Our teacher is the world-renowned Golden Iron Triangle!"
Dai Mubai clenched his teeth, enduring the agonizing cold in his frozen meridians. He glared at Shui Bing'er and played his last card.
