Tang San is a Shrek Academy student and Yu Xiaogang’s disciple. He possesses Tang Sect secret arts and states that he has lived two lives, treating these techniques as advantages that should allow him to surpass ordinary soul masters. 57 98

His desire for strength becomes pronounced when the Sky Screen reveals immortal herbs. He envies the King of Ten Thousand Demons for receiving one and believes such a herb could evolve his Blue Silver Grass Martial Soul. 15 Tang San later leads Shrek’s covert search of Rainbow Academy for immortal herbs, relying on Xiao Wu’s sensitivity to plant auras. 41

Tang San is Tang Hao’s son and a descendant of the Clear Sky Sect. The Sky Screen first shows a possible future in which Tang San inherits the Sea God Godhood, then reveals that Bibi Dong kills him with the Rakshasa Magic Scythe.
