Moon, underground city.
Under Enel's orders, the little fellows led everyone into a massive factory.
There, Dawn and the others saw an enormous machine factory.
At Enel's direction, several of the little fellows demonstrated how the factory operated, though they could not conduct a real test due to the lack of materials.
Still, thanks to the little fellows' operation, Dawn and the others understood the process by which the machines ran.
"Next, we'll need to transport materials. I'll help move several emergency batches at first. Once the island outpost is established, we'll stockpile goods there regularly."
Dawn instructed, "Try to wait until I have time to transport the goods, to keep things secret. Only use the Flying Ship if I truly can't get away."
After all, if the Flying Ship made too many deliveries, people in the surrounding seas might notice it. Enel also could not remain stationed at this outpost every time.
"Come to think of it, shouldn't we bring in some scientists?" Dawn stroked his chin and looked around. "These machines should have considerable research value, and operating them requires people who know what they're doing."
"I thought of that too. Once we return to West Blue, I'll immediately begin selecting suitable scientists to bring over."
Enel nodded. Influenced by how Dawn had made him study under scientists when he was young, Enel was just as proud, but not blindly arrogant.
Instead, it was somewhat like... the disdain of a top student?
Ummm...
This was one reason why Enel, despite having his fate changed through Dawn's involvement, still remained lofty and arrogant.
Though the result was the same, the source of that pride had changed.
Having devoted himself to science, Enel was no longer narrow-minded and arrogant. His arrogance came from his contempt for his enemies' ignorance.
