After leaving the office, Dawn was in quite a good mood, silently considering himself lucky to have taken on this mission.
As the saying went, timing was everything. One part of his "side plan" happened to involve finding Trafalgar Law, so this was the perfect chance to meet him.
With that in mind, Dawn did not linger at Marine Headquarters. He took Baby-5 and set sail once more.
That was simply how things worked in this world. Unless someone wanted to live tucked away in some corner, content to spend their entire life on a single island, they would inevitably deal with sailing.
For a powerhouse like Dawn, sailing was as routine as eating and drinking. Crossing most of the seas for a particular purpose was entirely possible.
Still, compared to his previous life, the seas of this world were more mysterious and colorful. The sheer variety of species was one of its advantages.
At the very least, he could indulge himself whenever he ate seafood.
Baby-5 was fishing again today. Although the Fortress Space stored vast amounts of food, fishing was one of the few ways to pass the time during this dull journey.
The small boat was moving quickly. Baby-5 sat on the edge of the boat, yawning without paying much attention to her fishing rod.
Logically, it should have been impossible to catch fish from a boat accelerated by Ouroboros, but in this world, it was perfectly normal. You did not even need to watch the rod.
As long as fresh chunks of meat were hooked onto the line and the target was prey larger than five meters, this incredibly effortless fishing method would work.
It was highly effective. Unless they were in waters with scarce life, carnivorous creatures would come to them of their own accord.
