Question: In the Dragon Ball World, how does Zhang Wutian usually deal with the Red Ribbon Army when they come for him?
Answer: Pin those guys to the ground and give them a good beating first.
And so, Zhang Wutian did exactly that.
When the small airships hovered in the air and aimed their twin nose-mounted cannons at him, Zhang Wutian leaped into the air, landed directly on the hull of an airship, and punched the steel frame.
One airship trailed sparks as it plummeted to the ground, and then Zhang Wutian repeated the process, sending the remaining airships to the horizon one after another.
Falling from a height of 30 meters might kill an ordinary person if they landed poorly, but the soldiers of the Red Ribbon Army were at least well-trained fighters. They rolled upon landing to dissipate the force of the impact, then quickly drew their weapons and began firing at Zhang Wutian.
Does Zhang Wutian still fear firearms as he did at the beginning?
The answer is yes; he is still afraid of them, which is precisely why he hates the guys who point guns at him.
Facing the enemies firing at him, Zhang Wutian had no intention of showing mercy. One by one, he sent the Red Ribbon Army soldiers flying with a series of sharp cracks.
"Can we have a proper conversation now? Please answer my question."
Zhang Wutian found a soldier who hadn't been knocked unconscious, grabbed him by the collar, lifted him up, and asked.
But before he could get anything out of him, his senses picked up a bullet flying toward his head.
Zhang Wutian tilted his head, letting the bullet pass by.
Then, he saw it...
A massive crowd of citizens had surrounded him.
These wasteland scavengers, who had previously been nothing more than background noise, were now brandishing various types of firearms, surrounding Zhang Wutian with a menacing aura.
"You villain! Let go of the Red Ribbon Army soldier!"
"What is going on here? Since when did beating up the Red Ribbon Army become a wrong thing to do?"
The Red Ribbon Army protects the world—Dr. Brief had once said something like that. At the time, Zhang Wutian had always assumed it was irony, just as meaningless as the "Great Han Empire at the center of the universe" or the "America Empire, the hope of humanity." Now, it seemed that statement might actually be true...
Facing countless gun barrels, he could have carried out an indiscriminate massacre of these ordinary people right here, but Zhang Wutian was not that deranged. He sighed and released the Red Ribbon Army soldier he was holding.
"Fine, can someone tell me what is wrong with this world? I just came out of the mountains and I don't know anything."
No one answered Zhang Wutian's question; the atmosphere was stretched to the breaking point.
Just then, a guy who looked somewhat familiar entered Zhang Wutian's line of sight.
Without the aid of any vehicle, a man flew through the air and hovered above Zhang Wutian, looking down at him as he stood on the ground, trapped in a vast sea of people.
"Are you the one? The guy who attempted to approach Dr. Brief and caused a disturbance in the city."
With those words, the handsome, blonde man flying in the air descended in front of Zhang Wutian.
"A gay guy?" Zhang Wutian was stunned, the words slipping out before he could stop them.
"You look like you're in a hurry to die." Hearing Zhang Wutian's words, the blonde man gave a vicious smile. "Then let me, Android 11, send you on your way."
"Android 11? Aren't you General Blue of the Red Ribbon Army?"
"General Blue? Heh, how nostalgic. That is a thing of the past. Enough talk; you must pay the price for your actions." The man, who looked exactly like General Blue—the one who had forced Son Goku into a bitter struggle in the original Dragon Ball—took a stance against Zhang Wutian, calling himself Android 11.
"This is what I hate about the Dragon Ball World; you can't have a decent conversation without a fight. Even a gay guy is a violent maniac. I can't stand it."
"I'm going to tear that filthy mouth of yours apart!!"
Android 11 launched his attack, rushing toward Zhang Wutian at a speed far exceeding that of a human.
If it were an ordinary person, they probably wouldn't even be able to see Android 11's figure.
But was Zhang Wutian an ordinary person?
"Too slow. So slow it's making me want to yawn."
Zhang Wutian figured that the time spent waiting for his opponent to attack was enough for him to collect all seven Dragon Balls, summon Shenron, make a wish for a cup of Häagen-Dazs, and finish eating it.
Aiming for Android 11's face, Zhang Wutian simply extended his fist.
With a thwack, it was as if Android 11 had run into Zhang Wutian's fist of his own accord.
"Nose... nosebleed?! How dare you hit my beautiful nose?!" Android 11 covered his nose, staring at Zhang Wutian in shock.
"Can we talk calmly now?"
"Don't make me laugh! I'm going to slaughter you!"
Android 11 glared viciously at Zhang Wutian. The next moment, Zhang Wutian felt himself being gripped by a surge of energy.
His body felt as if it were bound by something; he was stiff all over and unable to move.
"Psychic powers?"
"Hehehe, how about that? Can't move, can you? Thanks to Dr. Gero's modifications, I have gained psychic powers far beyond what I had before. Be honored; you are the first opponent I've faced since my upgrade. Never mind you, even that vicious wild monkey is no match for me now."
"Vicious wild monkey?" Zhang Wutian mused, a realization dawning on him.
"You still have the spare time to worry about others? You idiot!!"
Pow! A punch landed on Zhang Wutian's face. His head tilted to the side, and a slight swelling appeared on his cheek.
"You can certainly take a hit, but this is just the beginning. I'll be sure to entertain you properly from here on out."
"You talk a big game, but is this really all you've got?" Zhang Wutian, having taken a punch, looked at his opponent indifferently.
"What kind of look is that, you damn bastard? I'm going to gouge your eyes out!!"
"Calling yourself an Android, I actually thought you were something impressive. It seems that everyone before Number 16 is just a bunch of useless trash. 'Far surpassing previous psychic powers'? What is there to be proud of in far surpassing trash with a combat power of only 5?"
As he said this, Zhang Wutian's muscles began to bulge.
His ki churned incessantly before finally erupting, a transparent haze filling the space around him.
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!"
Ki poured continuously from Zhang Wutian's body, causing the air to boil and making the scenery behind him appear distorted and flickering.
"Get out of my way, you nuisance!!"
"Wh... what?! Urgh!!"
Android 11 shuddered violently as blood began to stream from his eyes, ears, and nostrils.
"How... how is this possible..."
After standing on inertia for a few seconds, Android 11 collapsed to the ground as if his strength had been completely drained, kicking up a cloud of dust.
"Dr. Gero picked the wrong test subject. Someone who could be killed in one hit by the likes of Mercenary Tao will only ever have limited strength, no matter how much you modify them. I am currently stronger than Son Goku was when he defeated Mercenary Tao after climbing Korin Tower."
"Damn it..." After showing off like that, Zhang Wutian suddenly realized: "Hey, wake up! I still have things to ask you."
However, Android 11, having completely lost consciousness due to the backlash of his own psychic powers, was not about to wake up so easily. Regardless of how many times Zhang Wutian slapped him, turning his handsome face into a swollen mess, the guy remained completely unresponsive.
Of course, Zhang Wutian only wanted to wake him up; he absolutely did not mean to take the opportunity to retaliate for that punch.
"Put him down!"
At that very moment, someone else appeared on the scene.
It was a familiar voice; the person who possessed it was definitely an acquaintance of Zhang Wutian.
Zhang Wutian dropped Android 11 and turned his head to look at the person who had appeared behind him.
"This outfit of yours is quite unexpected. Is cosplay fun?"
Zhang Wutian's acquaintance, Krillin, was wearing a uniform that looked like military fatigues, the Red Ribbon Army's 'RR' logo on his chest appearing incredibly glaring. At this moment, he was glaring coldly at the Zhang Wutian before him.

I mentioned this once before when I wrote about the Red Ribbon Army, but I'll say it again: the theatrical movies are just cash grabs. They are of the same nature as the fan fiction I am writing. My fan fiction will only reference Akira Toriyama's original work; other fan-made content is not within my scope of reference.
Please recommend, bookmark, and comment; these are the sources of my motivation.
