"First, the Armed Aurors just raided a pure-blood gathering held by the Burke Family in a Muggle house. The arrest operation was very successful." Allen raised an index finger, a gesture that made him look extremely reliable and convincing. "Lucius, once the follow-up interrogations and arrests are done, and Lenn has put them on trial, the Malfoy family will basically be completely safe." Allen paused, looked at Lucius, and smiled. "But you'll still need to be careful of retaliation. Still, if you bring guards and spend more time on the Floating City, there shouldn't be much of a problem."
"They've already been arrested? Albert and the others really are impressive..." Lucius's brow relaxed, as if the great stone weighing on his heart had been lifted. At the same time, however, he heard the extra meaning in Allen's words.
That made the Malfoy couple exchange a glance. Simply arresting the Pureblood Wizards whose information he had provided would not be enough for the Harrises. What they meant was that they would use this as a basis to arrest even more people—and that stirred a faint sadness in both Lucius and Narcissa. Although the Sacred Twenty-Eight were no longer as glorious as before, and some lines had even died out, there was no doubt that after this, still more families would disappear from the upper class of the United Kingdom's Magical World.
Narcissa lowered her head, hiding the dimness in her expression, and tried to comfort herself by thinking on the bright side. At the very least, the Malfoy family's safety was guaranteed. As for Lucius, amid his regret, he felt even more relieved—relieved that the Malfoy family had once again stood on the correct side.
Allen stared at Lucius for a moment, pondered for a few seconds, then clapped his hands
