The patrolling Aurors had already begun the rescue effort, spreading through Hogsmeade village and repeatedly casting counter-curses bit by bit as they tried to undo the anti-Apparition barrier. Professor Flitwick had arrived in front of Luna by then. "Miss Lovegood, quickly, let me see your wound."
Luna moved her ice cream aside and held out her finger in front of Professor Flitwick.
"Why can't I see the wound?" The professor, who was always gentle and kind, frowned as he examined it closely. Still uneasy, he said to Professor Sprout beside him, "Pomona, Luna seems fine to me, but to be safe, you take a look."
Professor Sprout took Luna's hand directly, then pressed her wand around the area of Luna's wound and examined it carefully. "Child, did you cast a healing spell on yourself just now?... Filius, from what I can tell, there are no signs of poisoning. Even the wound has healed."
Seeing Flitwick let out a breath of relief, Professor Sprout frowned again at Luna's still pale, tender finger. Unable to suppress the doubt in her heart, she could not help asking, "Child, forgive my curiosity, but how did you manage not to be affected by that devil's poison?"
"I had a bottle of Umbrella's experimental antidote potion," Luna said lightly. "I drank it in advance."
Professor Sprout became even more puzzled. As Hogwarts' Herbology professor, though her Potions were not as outstanding as Snape's, she was still quite specialized in the field. All kinds of herbs and potions turned over in her mind, but she truly could not think of any potion that could just happen to completely resist such a violent poison. But Luna's explanation involved Umbrella Corporation's internal experimental medication, which made it inconvenient for her to ask more.
