Remus Lupin took his bride from Ted, holding Tonks's hand. He faced Ted and bowed deeply, then, guided by Tonks, paid his respects to his own mother before turning and walking toward the round platform.

In an instant, a continuous barrage of ceremonial cannons exploded together with a cheerful, passionate wedding march. The Weasley Twins lit the cannons at tremendous speed, their thunderous blasts shaking the air, and then colorful fireworks bloomed one after another, bursting overhead into a dazzling canopy of flowers.

Normally, fireworks set off during the day showed hardly any color, but the Weasleys had put their exquisite talent for pranks to proper use—they had already used it once when they graduated, and now they merely had to reduce the power to a non-injuring level before putting it straight to work.

The witches present were moved by the sight. Many armed female Aurors, who could normally be said to kill Dark Wizards without blinking, now cupped their cheeks with envy written all over their faces. Andromeda's eyes grew wet, and she took out a handkerchief, dabbing at the corners of her eyes from time to time. Ginny's gaze, meanwhile, once again began drifting uncontrollably toward Harry, who looked a little adorably simple because his glasses were reflecting the glow of the fireworks.

When the newlyweds took their places on the round platform, the scene instantly fell silent. Sirius Black asked the questions just as he had rehearsed with Harry and the others earlier, only his voice was unconsciously higher and tighter.

The groom, Remus Lupin, grew nervous again. His hands kept trembling, and though his voice was not loud as he answered the questions, it was firm enough. However, the few Werewolves sitting farther away could barely make out what he was saying.
