After its tail was touched, the little Nine-Tails heard Tsunade's doubts and immediately raised its head indignantly, shouting, "I am the Nine-Tails! My power is merely limited right now!" Its voice still carried its usual domineering presence, but with its tiny body, the effect was rather comical.
Tsunade could not help letting out a soft laugh. Rather than being frightened by the Nine-Tails' declaration, she found it adorable, like a bad-tempered little animal.
As she gently scratched the Nine-Tails behind the ears, she teased, "My, so the Nine-Tails can be this cute too."
The Nine-Tails wanted to break free, but its power had been greatly weakened and it had no strength to resist. It could only allow Tsunade to hold it while fuming inwardly.
It muttered to itself, "If my strength weren't so lacking right now, how could I let you hold me so casually!"
