His subordinate's eyes widened, his hair practically standing on end in shock, for he had spotted Vegeta outside the window.

One had to realize this was the 120th floor; how could this guy possibly be outside the building?

"He... he he he..." The subordinate trembled in terror, unable to get his words out.

Seeing his subordinate in such a state, Commander Red turned around, feeling somewhat puzzled.

At a glance, Commander Red felt a sense of familiarity. Whose kid was this? He felt like he had seen him somewhere before.

"Whose brat is this? How did he climb to the top of our building?" Commander Red barked irritably.

"Commander, he... he is that little monster!" The subordinate was losing his composure; had the Commander left his brain behind?

"What?" Commander Red jumped in fright, springing from his seat. He looked at the photo on the desk, and upon verification, it was indeed that little monster.

"Come on, open the window." Vegeta smiled and waved at the people inside.

"Damn it!" Commander Red was incensed, shouting sharply, "Men, fire! Fire at him!"

As the words fell, dozens of fully armed Red Ribbon Army guards burst in, locked onto Vegeta's position, and unleashed a fierce barrage of gunfire.

The glass, coffee table, and walls were instantly riddled with holes.

Yet, Vegeta smiled and walked right into it. Amidst the hail of bullets, he unhurriedly picked up the Dragon Balls displayed on the table, even taking the time to inspect them one by one.

Everyone was stunned. Where the hell did this monster come from?

After stuffing the Dragon Balls into a bag he had prepared, a wicked arc curled at the corner of Vegeta's mouth.

"Cease fire! Cease fire!" Commander Red hurriedly ordered.

The gunfire finally stopped. Everyone stared at the unscathed Vegeta, their scalps tingling with shock; some even rubbed their eyes hard, unable to believe what was happening before them.

"My friend, my friend, please forgive the earlier discourtesy." Commander Red rushed over, greeting Vegeta with a sycophantic smile.

"Something you need?" Vegeta glanced at him and asked.

"My friend, I have a proposal. I wonder if you might be interested?" Commander Red said with a chuckle; in this situation, he could no longer care about the Dragon Balls.

"Not interested." Vegeta refused without a second thought.

Commander Red froze on the spot. Damn it, the script wasn't supposed to go like this. Shouldn't he at least ask what the proposal was before deciding if he was interested?

"What I mean is... look, you are so powerful, and we of the Red Ribbon Army have tens of thousands of troops. If we join forces, this world will be ours. I'll be the boss, you'll be the second-in-command... what do you think... ah..." Commander Red had just reached this point when a miserable shriek escaped him.

Then, to everyone's horror, they watched as their supreme commander was tossed out of the building by this little monster.

One must remember, this was 120 stories up.

"Splat!"

A few seconds later, Commander Red, now a bloody mess, went to report to Yemma's Palace with his dreams in tow.

With the Dragon Balls in hand, Vegeta didn't linger. He flew away from the skyscraper and looked down to see Nappa still playing his game of fisticuffs.

"Nappa, take your time." Vegeta gave the order, left the enthusiastic Nappa behind, and turned to speed toward the location of the sixth Dragon Ball.

Then, to everyone's horror, they watched as their supreme commander was tossed right out of the building by this little monster.

One had to remember, they were a hundred and twenty stories up.

Splat!

A few seconds later, Commander Red, now a mangled mess of flesh and blood, went off to report to Yemma's Palace with his dreams still clutched in his heart.

With the Dragon Ball in hand, Vegeta didn't waste another word. He flew straight out of the skyscraper and looked down to see Nappa still busy playing his little game of fisticuffs.

"Take your time, Nappa," Vegeta commanded. Leaving the enthusiastic Nappa behind, he turned and streaked toward the location of the sixth Dragon Ball.

Including the four from the Red Ribbon Army, Vegeta now had five Dragon Balls in his possession; he was only two away from gathering the full set.

Thinking of the wish he was about to have granted, a surge of excitement raced through Vegeta.
