"Hmph, do you not know the reason I came to Earth?" Vegeta sneered.
"I understand." The Guardian knew what Vegeta meant and gave a self-deprecating smile. "From the moment the Dragon Balls were created, I hoped someone would use them to fulfill noble wishes. Instead, they have only brought slaughter and greed. You are right; from today on, I will no longer create Dragon Balls. Let them vanish forever."
Vegeta ignored him. This old Guardian was truly unreasonable, a stubborn old fool. It seemed that if he wanted to fully transform his body into the constitution of Majin Buu, he would have to make a trip to Namek.
He believed that the Shenron of Namek might be able to successfully modify his body in the shortest amount of time.
"I advise you to run quickly; Ginyu is flying toward this place at high speed." Vegeta looked up at the sky, dropped those words, and suddenly took flight.
The Guardian hesitated for a moment below before finding a place to hide.
"Meow, that scared the meow out of me..."
Watching Ginyu and the others move into the distance, Karin was drenched in cold sweat. Just a moment ago, he had nearly been insta-killed by Ginyu.
Fortunately, Shenron had appeared at the critical moment, drawing Ginyu and his crew away.
"Meow, that little monster's wish seems to have been granted. I wonder if he can handle Ginyu and the others?" Karin pondered.
Mr. Popo remained silent, lost in thought.
Although Guldo had used his time-stop ability several times in succession to buy time for Ginyu to close in on Vegeta, the Lookout was still quite a distance from where Vegeta was. By the time Ginyu arrived, Vegeta had already achieved his wish.
"Useless trash!" Ginyu cursed at Guldo before turning his gaze toward Vegeta with a grin.
Vegeta chuckled softly and said to Guldo, "Guldo, your captain doesn't seem to care about you. Why not follow me instead?"
"Pah, pah, pah! Who do you think you are?" Guldo spat.
"Idiot." Vegeta shook his head and reached a hand out toward where Guldo stood.
"BOOM!"
The next moment, Guldo's body exploded into pieces, dissipating into the air.
It wasn't that Vegeta was particularly cruel; it was simply that leaving the little guy alive was a liability. Even though the creature's combat power was low, his special ability was incredibly formidable. If he were to trip Vegeta up while he was fighting Ginyu later, it would be a disaster.
Therefore, taking him out while his energy was nearly depleted was the best choice.
"Vegeta, you're getting more and more impressive, aren't you?" Ginyu sneered incessantly. "Do you feel like a big shot now that you've killed such a piece of trash?"
"Enough talk. Prepare to die, Ginyu!" Vegeta let out a cold laugh. With his combat power increased, he was eager to use Ginyu as a whetstone.
"No rush. Let me ask you first: what was that just now? Where did that monster go?" Ginyu was still bewildered by the incident with Shenron. Regardless, Vegeta had appeared, and he wasn't too far away; there was no way he would let Vegeta escape this time.
"Just some special reaction on the planet, nothing more." Vegeta, of course, wouldn't tell him the truth.
"Fine, don't tell me... I'm just curious, why aren't you running anymore? Aren't you the world's number one prince of running away?" Ginyu mocked with a sneer. "Is it because you can't escape, so you've come to throw your life away? But tell me, after an hour of training, I wonder how much your combat power has increased?"
As he spoke, Ginyu tapped his Scouter and clicked his tongue. "Doesn't look like it increased at all. Still just over sixty thousand. Wait, no, no—it increased. It went up by three hundred. Hahahahaha!"
