Karin the Immortal

"Whoosh..."

Vegeta soared into the air, heading straight for the location of the Lookout.

Sure enough, just as described in Dragon Ball, Earth's gravity was only one-tenth that of Planet Vegeta. Sensing this, Vegeta felt his body become incredibly light, to the point where he could barely feel his own existence.

A quarter of an hour later, Vegeta finally caught sight of the distant Karin Tower and the seemingly unreachable Lookout.

As he approached Karin Tower, a thought struck Vegeta, and he flew inside.

"Meow..."

Karin let out a cry, his fur standing on end as if facing a formidable enemy.

After all, Vegeta's aura was overwhelmingly powerful and distinctly evil. Given Karin's vast experience, the fact that he didn't jump off the tower on the spot was already quite brave.

"You must be Karin?" Vegeta chuckled, checking him with his scouter. The fat old cat had a power level of around 160—not a bad figure, all things considered.

"Meow, who are you? What are you doing on Earth?" Karin asked vigilantly.

"Who I am is none of your concern. I hear you have the Ultra Divine Water, which can unlock one's potential after drinking it, right?" Vegeta asked with a grin.

"Meow, that's right, I do have the Ultra Divine Water. Follow me." Karin had already made up his mind: let this little monster drink it quickly and poison him to death!

Earth could not allow such a powerful, evil figure to exist.

Having made his decision, Karin led Vegeta to a small room and handed over the bottle containing the Ultra Divine Water.

Vegeta opened the lid and sniffed it, but it didn't seem to have any peculiar scent.

"Old cat, is this really the Ultra Divine Water?" Vegeta asked, looking at Karin.

"It's the real deal, meow." As Karin said this, he was praying internally: Drink it already, why all the chatter?

Vegeta smiled and asked with interest, "You seem to want me to drink it quickly. Is this poison?"

"Young man, how could this be poison, meow? This is the most miraculous Ultra Divine Water in the world. As long as you drink it, the potential within you will be unlocked, meow..." Karin was being insincere. Despite his words, he was truly baffled—this little monster was already so strong, why on earth would he need to unlock more potential?

If his potential were truly unlocked, this planet would be completely doomed.

Karin could only pray that the Ultra Divine Water would poison the little monster to death.

Vegeta didn't hesitate. Judging by the shape of the vessel, it didn't seem much different from the one Goku had used, so he downed the Ultra Divine Water in one gulp.

Of course, Vegeta knew that the Ultra Divine Water was highly toxic; only by overcoming its poison could one successfully unlock their latent potential.

After drinking the water, Vegeta quickly flew away from Karin Tower, disappearing from Karin's sight.

He did this because he had sensed the old cat's hostility; if he were to be killed while struggling against the poison, that would be a disaster.

Watching Vegeta's retreating back, Karin let out a long sigh of relief and collapsed onto the floor.

He did this because he had sensed hostility from the old cat. If he were to be killed while struggling against the poison of the Ultra Divine Water, that would be a disaster.

Watching Vegeta's retreating figure, Karin let out a long sigh of relief and plopped down onto the floor.

As things stood, he could only pray that this little monster would be finished off by the toxicity of the Ultra Divine Water.

Vegeta had just found a hiding spot in the woods when he felt as if his internal organs were being displaced. He collapsed to the ground instantly, the intense pain twisting his features. Beads of sweat the size of peas rolled down his face, and his breathing grew ragged, nearly causing him to lose consciousness.
