As the former Duke Ward and current King of Dillon, Strand felt somewhat helpless.
It was not that Dillon Kingdom lacked Legendary-level equipment, but it had been on Wrath of the Northlands, and none had been found on that man's body.
It might have been taken away by that Abyss Lord, or perhaps by the Legendary powerhouse from the Death Cult.
But regardless of which one it was, Strand had no intention of asking for it back.
Other than that, Strand could not think of any treasure precious enough to move the Moriarty before him.
There was no helping it. Dillon Kingdom was simply that poor—compared with the prosperous human kingdoms in the south, it was almost embarrassing.
It was not as though they lacked ordinary wealth and treasures, but Strand did not think those could impress Moriarty.
After all, this man was someone capable of destroying the Demon Gate in a single blow. Even now, Strand could not forget that terrifying golden radiance.
Even if it had been a trump card that came at a tremendous cost, Strand believed this man stood at the very peak of Gold-level, peering into the Legendary realm.
For that very reason, Strand could not help showing a measure of respect.
Taking a deep breath, Strand said solemnly,
"Mr. Moriarty, on behalf of Dillon Kingdom, I wish to form a partnership with the Death Cult and obtain the protection of a Legendary powerhouse."

A faint smile appeared on Li Si's face. This development was within his plans.
To be honest, after this battle, Dillon Kingdom had suffered enormous losses. It was even struggling to control its own territory and maintain stability.
