Sato Hayato finally managed to explain everything before he suffered social death.
After he and Kujo Go finished watching the movie, they were dragged off to a karaoke bar. Due to an accident along the way, Kujo Go discovered the laxative in his bag.
Fortunately, Mai had already removed the packaging, and Kujo Go had never used the stuff before, so he didn't recognize it at first.
Sato Hayato explained that it was lip balm, and Kujo Go immediately said his lips were chapped and asked if he could try some.
The guy probably wanted to share an indirect kiss with Sato Junko. After using it, he even licked his lips, looking utterly enthralled.
It nearly made Sato Hayato throw up.
Everyone more or less accepted that explanation, though who knew what they thought in private.
After breakfast, Fang Cheng was getting ready to head to Fox Immortal House to see Tsukikage Hatsuka. He hadn't heard from her all night. He wondered if the lazy cat had been slacking off and ignoring his instructions.
But before he could leave, Kanzaki Rin called him over to her bedroom.
"Don't you have work?"
Fang Cheng remembered Kanzaki Rin saying last night that she was going to the Countermeasure Department today to look something up.
Kanzaki Rin sat at her desk and turned on her tablet. "I don't need to go anymore. I've found out where the Soul Stabilizer is. Come take a look."
"What?!"
Fang Cheng was stunned. He hadn't been confident that Kanzaki Rin could find the Soul Stabilizer last night and had already planned to search for it himself.
And now she'd found it in just one night? It was completely unexpected.
He rushed over to check the tablet, pushing Kanzaki Rin aside.
Kanzaki Rin frowned slightly. Fang Cheng's familiar
