The four had no idea that their every move was being watched. They quickly circled the tiny island, which covered only ten square kilometers, then regrouped.
Imhotep made his assessment. "The key probably isn't on the island."
The Sea Monsters invading the island were all ordinary minions. There were still a few competitors on the island, but if they stayed here, that meant they hadn't gotten the key. Otherwise, they would have left already.
The four had no intention of wasting their energy hunting down competitors without the key. That would only waste time.
Aziz gazed out at the sea and said in his honest, simple manner, "Then the key must still be in the ocean."
The Headless Knight looked out too, cradling his own head, and immediately grew annoyed. "The sea is so vast. How are we supposed to find it?"
