Yun Feng waited in the Heavenly Realm for Vegeta and Trunks to come out of the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
Everyone else was waiting to go in and train. Yun Feng, on the other hand, was up to no good.
He'd already set his sights on the well-behaved Trunks. As time passed and afternoon approached, Vegeta and Trunks finally emerged.
The confidence on their faces made it clear they'd made a major breakthrough. But when everyone told them about Babidi's Game, Vegeta's expression turned grave.
Yun Feng walked over and said, "Vegeta, you can go into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber again after the others come out."
Vegeta gave a cold snort and ignored him. Yun Feng smiled awkwardly and went over to Trunks.
He leaned close and whispered, "Trunks, come with me for a moment. I want to talk to you about your training."
Trunks nodded without suspicion. "Please wait a moment, Mr. Yun Feng. I'll let Dad know."
Trunks went over to tell Vegeta. Vegeta simply said, "Be back before your next training session."
Trunks waved happily and ran back to Yun Feng.
Yun Feng told Goku to keep training with Gohan, then said seriously, "I noticed that Gohan's power spills out even when he's asleep. Make sure you draw out his potential. It might be the key to defeating Babidi."
Yun Feng took Trunks with him using Instant Transmission, and they arrived in front of a barren mountain.
Yun Feng said, "Trunks, unleash all your power. Let me take a look."
He wanted to confirm whether Trunks was, like in the original story, focused only on increasing his strength while neglecting his speed.
Yun Feng watched Trunks's muscles swell as his power continued to rise. He was actually approaching the power of a Super Saiyan 2.
On the Heavenly Realm, Vegeta, Piccolo, and Goku all felt Trunks's power and stared in shock, cold sweat running down their faces. Trunks had reached such a level of strength already. It was terrifying.
Goku said, "His master must be guiding his training. It's fine—he's not fighting an enemy."
Looking at Trunks, Yun Feng said, "Trunks, try attacking me." Trunks charged at him, but Yun Feng easily dodged more than a dozen strikes. Trunks, meanwhile, was panting heavily.
Yun Feng said, "Trunks, you may have gone down the wrong path. Strength is certainly important, but how can you neglect speed and focus solely on increasing your strength? This method of boosting your power is too simplistic."
Yun Feng powered up and transformed into the same form Trunks had used to rapidly increase his strength. The people in the Heavenly Realm felt Yun Feng's energy again.

Trunks let the transformation fade, looking dejected. "I really am an idiot. No wonder Dad didn't train like this. I thought I'd found the secret to getting stronger."
Yun Feng suddenly grinned. "Trunks, if you help me with a favor, I'll teach you how to train."
Trunks immediately perked up. "Really, Mr. Yun Feng? You're willing to help me train?"
Yun Feng smiled. "Of course. But you'll have to do me a little favor."
Trunks agreed at once. "Whatever you ask, Mr. Yun Feng. I'll do it."
Yun Feng said awkwardly, "Well, I've fallen for Android 18, but I haven't had a chance to get close to her. I want you to help me put on a little act."
Trunks's expression changed. "What? Mr. Yun Feng, how can you like an Android? They turned the future into a living hell!"
Yun Feng's expression turned serious. "Trunks, history has already changed because you came here. The Androids here haven't killed anyone. Besides, I'll turn Android 18 into a normal human. You just need to help me make this act convincing."
Trunks lowered his head. "All right, then. I hope you know what you're doing, Mr. Yun Feng. What should I do?"
When Yun Feng saw that Trunks had relented, he was overjoyed. He leaned toward Trunks's ear and whispered for quite a while.
Of course, a hero saving a beauty was the best kind of scene. Trunks would have to play the villain, Yun Feng thought with a sly grin.
First, Yun Feng had to find the Androids. Since they had no ki, they weren't easy to track down.
"System, system, help me locate the Androids."
The system immediately pinpointed their location. Before long, it appeared in Yun Feng's mind.
Yun Feng smiled. My dear Android 18, here I come. She was the most popular woman in Dragon Ball, and he hadn't expected the system's reward to be this good.
Yun Feng flew with Trunks to a nearby area, then said, "Don't hold back when the time comes, or they might see through the act."

Anger showed on Trunks's face. "Androids, you turned my future into a living hell. I'll never forgive you!"
Android 17 and the others all shouted at Trunks, "I don't understand what you're talking about! We've never done any of those things!"
Trunks didn't give them a chance to explain. "Enough talk. Die!"
Trunks's power erupted and soared. Golden flames rose around him, and his hair turned gold.
The system immediately displayed Trunks's stats.

The Androids of this era were no match for Trunks. Android 17 exchanged only a few blows with him before Trunks sent him flying. Then a single Light Blast left him battered and bleeding.
Seeing Android 17 badly injured after only a few exchanges, Android 18 didn't know what to do. She looked to Android 16. He stepped forward and said, "Android 18, get Android 17 out of here. I may not be able to beat Trunks either."
Android 16 calculated that his power level was only a little over 10 billion. He definitely wasn't a match for Trunks.
Android 18 tried to pull the badly injured Android 17 away, but Trunks flashed in front of her. Android 16 hadn't even seen him move.
Android 18 looked at Trunks. "Why won't you leave us alone? Android 17 and I have never taken anyone's life since we came out. We hate Dr. Gero too, for changing us without our consent."
Trunks said nothing. He simply blocked their way, then fired a Light Blast. Android 16 rushed in front of Android 18 to shield her and was badly wounded, sent flying.
But Trunks still wouldn't let Android 18 and the others go. He gathered another Light Blast.
Android 18 closed her eyes. Just as the blast was about to hit, a figure suddenly appeared. He raised a hand and knocked Trunks's Light Path aside.
Android 18 saw a tall figure standing in front of her. It was Yun Feng, whom she had met once before.
Every woman dreamed of a prince and of being rescued by a hero. Android 18 was no exception. Seeing Yun Feng appear so forcefully, she felt an impression take root in her heart—one that would never fade.
Yun Feng said calmly, "As long as I'm here, no one will hurt Android 18."
