Videl Appears

Seven orange Dragon Balls sat on Kami's Lookout, shining brightly. It was Yun Feng's first time using the Dragon Balls, and he was thrilled. He'd only ever seen them on television before. Now, he was finally going to see the real Shenron.

Yun Feng shouted at the Dragon Balls, "Come forth, Shenron!"

The sky began to fill with dark clouds as thunder boomed and lightning flashed. Everyone stared at the suddenly darkened sky in shock. Many of them had never seen Shenron before.

The Dragon Balls began to shine with dazzling light. A massive green dragon slowly took shape, its scales gleaming as Shenron appeared before Yun Feng and the others. It was a truly magnificent sight.

Shenron slowly spoke. "State your wishes. No matter what they are, I can grant three."

Yun Feng thought for a moment, then said, "Shenron, my first wish is to bring back everyone Cell killed." Cell had absorbed many Earthlings to increase his power.

"That is simple," Shenron said. Its red eyes glowed with a mysterious light. "Your wish has been granted. Now, state your second wish."

"My second wish is to remove the bombs from Android 18 and Android 17," Yun Feng said loudly.

"Android 18's bomb has already been removed, and there is no bomb inside Android 17," Shenron replied.

Yun Feng suddenly realized that Bulma must have removed Android 17's bomb when she repaired him.

Shenron spoke again. "You have one wish left. State your final wish."

Yun Feng couldn't think of anything else he wanted, so he looked at Gohan and the others. Goku and the rest shook their heads too, leaving Yun Feng at a loss.

"Big Brother Yun Feng, you can tell Shenron that you'll ask for its help next time," Dende suggested. "Then Shenron won't have to wait a year before it can be summoned again."

Yun Feng nodded. "Shenron, sorry for the trouble. That's all for now. I'll ask for your help next time."

Shenron nodded and carried the Dragon Balls into the sky. They scattered in every direction, and the sky cleared.

Yun Feng turned to everyone. "All right, now I'll teach you the Angel Energy that can help us fight the demons. Just follow my movements."

Following the technique in his mind, Yun Feng slowly formed the hand signs and carefully explained the path his energy took through his body.

The day passed just like that. Yun Feng had more or less mastered Angel Energy. He slowly ended his training; all he needed to do now was practice diligently.

Angel Energy was a higher form of energy than human ki. If two people had equal strength, the one with Angel Energy would surely come out on top.

The demons had relied on their superior, bizarre energy to make Yun Feng and Gohan look so helpless. Otherwise, it was hard to say who would have won.

Looking at everyone's mixed expressions of joy and worry, Yun Feng realized that not everyone could master it. None of the Androids had, but nearly all of the Saiyans had.

Yun Feng told Gohan to train hard. They still had a tough battle ahead against Babidi, so everyone went their separate ways.

Trunks returned to the future. With his strength now, he quickly defeated Android 17 and Android 18.

"It's finally over. No, wait—I almost forgot the most important one," Trunks said. He quickly found Cell.

Cell was still absorbing people in the future to increase his strength when he sensed someone appear behind him. He turned around and stared. "Trunks? Didn't I kill you? How are you still alive? You came back from the past."

Trunks smiled. "And you came back from the past after you died there. I have to admit, you picked your moment well. But you'll never become perfect now, because I've already defeated Android 17 and Android 18."

"Trunks, since when did you start making such ridiculous claims? You think you're strong enough to defeat Android 17 and Android 18?" Cell sneered.

Trunks smiled. "Then why have they disappeared?"

Cell's face changed. "Trunks, you... I'll kill you!"

Cell charged at Trunks, but before Cell could react, Trunks appeared behind him and kicked him into the sky.

Cell hadn't expected Trunks to be this fast. He fired a Kamehameha, a white beam of energy aimed at Trunks below.

Trunks's form turned hazy, and Cell's Kamehameha missed him entirely. His figure blurred until Cell couldn't tell where he was.

Suddenly, a fist struck Cell in the face, sending him flying. Before Cell could recover, another punch came from above, knocking him back toward the ground.

Light Blasts glimmered in Trunks's hands. They struck Cell directly and detonated with a bang, leaving a massive crater in the ground. Cell had been blown to pieces.

Trunks became the future's only warrior, protecting its peace.

Three years later

Gohan had started high school in the city. Yun Feng had told him to keep training, but Gohan, Goku, and Chi-Chi couldn't resist Chi-Chi's wishes.

It was Gohan's first day of school. Once he reached the city, he decided to walk instead of continuing to use Flight. He suddenly spotted robbers holding up a bank. They were shooting at the police, who were too afraid to approach.

The robbers shouted arrogantly, "Come on, you cops! Get over here!"

Afraid someone might recognize him, Gohan transformed into a Super Saiyan and rushed over, taking down one of the robbers in a few quick moves.

The robber's accomplice aimed a gun at Gohan and fired a burst. Gohan's hands blurred as he deflected every bullet.

Then he darted forward and took down the robber with a punch. Seeing how powerful he was—and that bullets couldn't hurt him—the remaining robbers tried to escape in a car.

Gohan fired a burst of ki at it, flipping the car over. He caught all the robbers and handed them over to the police.

Gohan hurried off to school. Just after he left, a black-haired girl with two braids, large eyes, a tall nose, and rosy lips hurried over, a pair of handcuffs in her hand. She looked at the scene, which had already been dealt with.

She ran up to a police officer and asked, "What happened here? Who caught the robbers?"

The officer recognized her at once. "Oh, it's Miss Videl. It was the Golden Warrior. He defeated the robbers. He was amazing—he fired something from his hands and flipped over the car they were escaping in."

Videl was taken aback. Wasn't that like a magic trick? The Golden Warrior?

The officer suddenly remembered something. "Oh, right. The Golden Warrior was wearing the same school uniform as you."

Videl was shocked. "The same school uniform as me? Could the Golden Warrior be a student at our school? But is there anyone like that at our school?"

Still puzzled, Videl left and headed to school. Back in her classroom, she discussed the Golden Warrior with her classmates.

Just then, the teacher came in. "We have a new student joining our class today. I hope you'll all get along. Sun, why don't you introduce yourself?"

Gohan introduced himself. "My name is Son Gohan..."

"All right, Sun. Find a seat."

Gohan saw a girl wave to him, so he went over and sat beside her.

And so, Gohan's high school life began. But it also brought plenty of trouble, and the things he worried about would gradually come to light.

After class, Gohan first ran out of the city, then used Flight to return home. At the dinner table, he found a boy who looked exactly like Goku. It was none other than Goku's second son, Son Goten. After Gohan got home, he ate dinner, trained with Goku for a while, and then did his homework. His days were fairly fulfilling.
