Making a Big Deal Out of Nothing

By the time the Tsuchikage's letter requesting a Five Kage Summit landed on Minato's desk, several days had already passed.

Minato's first reaction was that the contents could not possibly be true. Something had to be wrong with that old Ōnoki—either he had gone senile, or he had been driven to desperation. Unable to find the Four-Tails and Five-Tails Jinchuriki, he had lumped all the blame onto Uchiha Qingfeng.

When it came to understanding him, Minato believed he knew his disciple quite well. Although Qingfeng was somewhat greedy for money and women, there was nothing else seriously wrong with him.
