Refusing to Leave

Uchiha Qingfeng could already see the Sacred Tree outside Takigakure from afar. He knew perfectly well that although only two days had passed, his identity had definitely been completely exposed by now.

Given Sand Village's location, word of his forceful assault on Sunagakure would soon spread throughout the Ninja World.

To be safe, he put away Susanoo in advance and prepared to slowly approach the Sacred Tree through Kamui Space. Mainly, he wanted to see whether the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki was still here.

He truly did not want to go on a killing spree. Invading the village outright really would not be ideal.

When he stood beneath the Sacred Tree, he discovered that the Seven-Tails Jinchuriki, Fū, was indeed still up there. It was rather unexpected. Had Takigakure not received the news?

They were old acquaintances, anyway, so Uchiha Qingfeng did not continue hiding. He revealed himself directly and greeted her above. "Hi, long time no see."

Thinking back to the last time he came here, he had been with Orochimaru. Back then, Orochimaru had still been rather naive, believing that the "Sacred Water" produced by this Sacred Tree was what Uchiha Qingfeng added to his Secret Soldier Pills. Unfortunately, he had guessed wrong.

When Fū saw Uchiha Qingfeng standing alone beneath the tree, she immediately grew tense.

They had met before, but that had been years ago. A few days earlier, a group of Takigakure Ninja had hurried beneath the tree. Though she had been a little confused, she still learned what had happened: someone named Uchiha Qingfeng had begun capturing Tailed Beasts.

There could not possibly be a second Uchiha Qingfeng in the Ninja World, so it had to be this guy below.

She had already seen his methods last time, and Fū knew she was no match for
