Uchiha Qingfeng left Konoha on an intelligence mission to track Orochimaru, secured Orochimaru’s cooperation, and freed two captured Konoha Ninja. He then joined Orochimaru’s investigation of Chakra Water and reached the Sacred Tree, where they met Fū and the Seven-Tails.

• Uchiha Qingfeng accepted Minato Namikaze’s S-rank mission to monitor Orochimaru and investigate Ryūchi Cave, then left Konoha after a spar with Uchiha Itachi and farewells from his friends.
• Uchiha Qingfeng visited the Akatsuki Organization in the Land of Rain, updated Nagato about Konoha, and asked him to keep Danzō’s head from being sold or used for reanimation.
• Uchiha Qingfeng found Orochimaru at Otogakure and persuaded him to join the Akatsuki Organization in the future in exchange for research support and Secret Soldier Pill.
• Uchiha Qingfeng freed Elephant and Tiger from Orochimaru’s base, fought Guren while helping the weakened Anbu escape, and then returned to Otogakure.
• Orochimaru told Uchiha Qingfeng about Chakra Water, and they set out together through the Land of Frost toward the Land of Falls after Orochimaru ordered Guren to abandon the exposed base.
• Uchiha Qingfeng and Orochimaru reached the Sacred Tree, where Orochimaru broke its seal and Fū confronted them from the branches.
• Fū asked whether Uchiha Qingfeng carried a Tailed Beast, and he summoned the tiny Two-Tails, shocking Fū and the Seven-Tails.

Uchiha Qingfeng found himself trapped with Jashin-chan in the Water of Truth, where she relived her history with Kaguya and Hagoromo while Qingfeng struggled to escape. As Qingfeng tested ways out, Minato Namikaze assembled forces and entered the Land of Rice to confront Orochimaru, who prepared to move key personnel and face him.

• Orochimaru collected branches and Hero’s Water from the Sacred Tree, while Fū befriended Uchiha Qingfeng and helped the Seven-Tails create a small half-body that Qingfeng agreed not to seal.
• Qingfeng and Orochimaru searched Orochimaru’s scroll collection, then Qingfeng sent Konoha intelligence about Orochimaru’s base and Otogakure before exploring a mountain cave with Jashin-chan.
• Qingfeng and Jashin-chan entered the Water of Truth and became trapped as Qingfeng saw his past memories and Jashin-chan relived her battles with Kaguya and Hagoromo.
• After waking, Jashin-chan and Qingfeng drifted through the Water of Truth until they found a stone slab depicting the Three Divine Artifacts, but their attempts to escape failed.
• Minato Namikaze learned Qingfeng was missing and assembled Konoha forces to find Orochimaru, while Itachi informed the Four Sisters and the Akatsuki also prepared to search for Qingfeng.
• Qingfeng exhausted his mental potions and Gold Coins while trying to awaken his Mangekyo and escape, then obtained Extreme Ghost Sword Style and tried combining mental stimulants with Remidia Cake.
• Minato Namikaze led Konoha forces into the Land of Rice, and the daimyo allowed them to enter Otogakure as Orochimaru sent Guren and key personnel to a northern base before going to meet the Hokage.

Uchiha Qingfeng awakened his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan and returned to the Land of Rice, where Minato’s forces confronted Orochimaru, the Fourth Raikage, and Pain. After Qingfeng helped end the standoff and Konoha collected ransom from Kumogakure, he returned to the Leaf Village and confirmed that he had mastered Sage Mode.

• Minato Namikaze pursued Orochimaru, but the Fourth Raikage and Killer B intervened, and Deva Path Pain arrived seeking Orochimaru and information about Uchiha Qingfeng.
• Konoha reinforcements led by Uchiha Fugaku joined the battle, while Orochimaru escaped Pain’s grasp and prepared to attack him.
• Uchiha Qingfeng awakened his Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan in the memory realm, gained Kamui and Hiko-tsu-kami, and escaped with Jashin-chan after more than a year had passed.
• Qingfeng arrived at the battlefield in his Complete Body Susanoo, and Minato allowed Pain to leave after learning he had come to rescue Qingfeng.
• Qingfeng stopped Killer B’s attack, captured the Eight-Tails’ severed part, and helped secure the Fourth Raikage’s promise to pay one billion ryo for the release of his men.
• The Fourth Raikage paid Minato the ransom, and Qingfeng kept the severed Eight-Tails part before returning toward Konoha with Kakashi, Itachi, Killer B, and the wounded Anbu.
• Qingfeng visited Mount Myōboku, where Sage Fukasaku showed him his Shadow Clone, and later confirmed that he had mastered Sage Mode before returning to the Leaf Village.

Uchiha Qingfeng returned to Konoha, reunited with old friends, and became entangled in their drunken rivalry before helping Minato replace Naruto’s seal and keeping a small portion of the Nine-Tails’ Chakra. He left Obito trapped in Kamui Space, while the Nine-Tails and the other Tailed Beasts began to question Qingfeng’s powers and plans.

• Sage Fukasaku and Sage Shima praised Qingfeng’s Sage Mode, and Itachi told Hana, Yugao, and Anko that Qingfeng had returned to Konoha.
• Hana disputed Sanryo’s claim to the Veterinarian Shop, and Qingfeng later clung to Obito in the street before Sanryo led him to a victory dinner.
• At Konan’s dinner, Qingfeng and the guests drank Uchiha clan wine, and Sanryo admitted she liked him as the women competed over their closeness to him.
• Qingfeng revealed his Eternal Mangekyo to Obito, overpowered him, and imprisoned him in Kamui Space before making System draws and waking after drinking Mare’s Milk Wine.
• Qingfeng visited the Ninja Academy, met Naruto and Sasuke, and discovered that Naruto’s Dragon Vein Seal prevented him from using the Nine-Tails’ power.
• Minato asked Qingfeng to help replace Naruto’s seal, and Qingfeng controlled the Nine-Tails while Minato sealed it back into Naruto and Qingfeng kept two tails’ worth of Chakra.
• Qingfeng gave Obito a Sharingan to replace Danzō’s eye, then returned to find Jashin-chan had defeated the Nine-Tails and claimed all four Tailed Beasts as her mounts.
• The Nine-Tails decided to investigate the cave and lake where Qingfeng had vanished, while Qingfeng escaped the girls’ crowded room and joined them for ramen after insisting Obito remain trapped until he left Konoha.
