• Uchiha Itachi invited Qingfeng to dinner at the Uchiha home and told him Fugaku had persuaded the Elders to begin reform by surrendering control of the Leaf Village Military Police Force.
• Qingfeng agreed to attend dinner, then took Itachi to his training ground to demonstrate Lightning Release Chakra Mode and Chidori.

• The Masked Man escaped Minato, leaving the Nine-Tails to rampage through Leaf Village.
