The Goddess of Luck's divine kingdom lay on the front side of the World Ring, in the famed Carefree Plains.
This was an enormous world, at least a dozen times larger than the Main Plane. It was forever bathed in warm light and swept by intoxicatingly gentle breezes, home to countless simple and joyful beings. No matter how burdened with sorrow someone might be, if they stayed here long enough, their spirits would brighten, and all grief and sadness would be flung beyond the ninth heaven.

This was also the headquarters of the Worry-Free Pantheon. Led by the powerful Goddess of Joy, with her and the medium divine power Goddess of Luck at its core, this pantheon was formed by more than twenty goddesses of weak and lesser divine power. Within the Pantheon, it counted as neither large nor small—a typical medium pantheon.
