Like all major cities steeped in lawful evil, this one looked splendid on the surface, yet was filled with every manner of wickedness and filth beneath it. Even in broad daylight, all kinds of evil deeds played out in secret.
Along the way, Sui Xiong alone had killed more than twenty bandits and traffickers reeking of blood. The moment one entered the back alleys and narrow streets, the illusion of a prosperous metropolis vanished without a trace, leaving behind nothing but bottomless evil.
