"Eliminate training bots 200/200."
"William, you have successfully completed the side quest: Robot Terminator. Congratulations on receiving your rewards: Loot Box x1, Gold x200. Experience gained, level increased to 1."
Amidst the shattered robots, Soldier: 76 stood with his rifle shouldered before a pile of scrap metal. Without the restriction of energy duration, William could maintain his hero form indefinitely, a storm of bullets sweeping across the entire training ground.

Having reached level 1, William's personal attribute panel had undergone significant changes. He saw that the main quest, which had previously been locked, was now glowing with a golden light and marked as available.
"Main quest unlocked!"
"Main quest: The Secret of the Skull Gang: Collect clues about the criminal organization known as the Skull Gang and uncover their hidden secrets."
The long-awaited main quest had finally begun. Simply put, it required gathering clues and uncovering secrets, with no other specific demands.
While the task seemed simple, it was actually quite difficult. Fortunately, in addition to the quest notification, the mission provided image information regarding the Skull Gang: a white skull with a snake crawling out of its eye socket.
It seemed this was the emblem of the Skull Gang and his initial lead.
"Athena, I have a question I've been meaning to ask. What happens if a mission fails? Is there a penalty?" William asked.
Generally speaking, systems impose penalties for mission failure, such as receiving no rewards, forced level reduction, or even the most terrifying outcome: erasure.
"Requirements vary based on the mission level. There are no penalties for failing side quests or hidden quests."
"However, if you fail a main quest, the system will not erase you." Athena's words made William breathe a sigh of relief, but her next sentence made him feel as if he had fallen into an ice cellar.
"The Overwatch System will sever your soul-binding and leave you forever!"
"Leave me?" William muttered. If the Overwatch System left him, he would revert to being an ordinary person.
Without the help of the Overwatch System, he would be left with nothing.
In this dangerous Marvel world, not to mention S.H.I.E.L.D., Hydra, or the Avengers, even common thugs and robbers could take his life.
Therefore, he absolutely could not let such a thing happen!
William's first main quest involved facing a criminal organization, which was no small test for him.
He had been gathering intelligence on the Skull Gang for days. Through his inquiries, he learned that the Skull Gang was a recently emerged faction, seemingly supported by some mysterious power in the shadows. It was growing rapidly, attracting numerous thugs and hoodlums to its ranks.
However, William had absolutely no clue what the secret hidden by the Skull Gang actually was.
With the start of the main quest, the map module became available. On the map, William was represented by a green arrow, and all around him were numerous silver question marks—places he needed to investigate.
William searched for clues while making his pizza deliveries.
Near the fast-food restaurant, there was a place called Heaven Bar. He went there to deliver a pizza, and the moment he stepped inside, the silver question mark on his map turned gold!
In the Overwatch System's map, the appearance of a golden question mark meant he had found the right place.
There weren't many people in the bar, but two individuals caught his attention: one with a mohawk and the other with an earring in his left ear. They were chatting and drinking, with many empty bottles scattered on their table.
Moreover, on their arms, William saw a familiar tattoo: the mysterious skull. They were members of the Skull Gang!
Both drunks had consumed too much and their faces were flushed. Not long after, they stumbled out of the bar. As they reached the entrance of a small alley, a woman with a hot figure walked past. Overcome by lust and fueled by alcohol, they stepped forward.
"Little sister, don't you want to come play with us?" the mohawk-haired man chuckled.
The girl was startled; she never expected to encounter thugs in broad daylight. Just as she tried to run away, the man with the earring blocked her path.
"Where do you think you're going?" The mohawk-haired man grabbed her arm and yanked her over. The girl immediately began to scream for help.
"Help! Someone help me!"
The man with the earring sneered and covered her mouth. The girl struggled desperately as the two tried to drag her into the dark corner of the alley. The mohawk-haired man tugged at her clothes, the girl's voice grew weaker, and a hint of despair appeared in her eyes.
"Let her go."
Just then, a weathered voice rang in their ears. The mohawk-haired man couldn't help but look back, only to see a strange red light appearing in the darkness, like a terrifying ghost!
"Fuck! A ghost!" The eerie red glow sobered the mohawk-haired man instantly. A figure emerged from the darkness—a man with white hair and strange red goggles.
"This is none of your business! Get lost!" Realizing it wasn't a ghost, the mohawk-haired man breathed a sigh of relief and said coldly.
William shook his head helplessly. He had been monitoring these two Skull Gang members, following them quietly after they left the bar.
He hadn't expected these drunks to be so wicked, attempting to assault a woman in broad daylight. He certainly couldn't stand by and watch them succeed; he was going to teach them a lesson!
"Do you want to die?" the man with the earring asked, pulling out a sharp dagger.
"You're the one who wants to die." William stepped forward. The man with the earring was already drunk and furious that his fun had been ruined, so he lunged at William with the dagger.
Facing the vicious enemy, William merely smiled with disdain. He sidestepped the attack and landed a heavy punch on the man's chest. With a loud thud, the man was sent flying a few feet, crashing into the wall and passing out instantly.
The mohawk-haired man was stunned. William looked at the girl and said, "Miss, Brooklyn is dangerous. Be more careful when you go out in the future."
The girl nodded, tears streaming down her face in gratitude, and turned to leave. The mohawk-haired man tried to bolt as well, but William grabbed him by the collar.
"Little punk, I have questions for you."
"What do you want to ask?" The mohawk-haired man's face was slick with sweat, his voice trembling.
"I despise liars. If you try to deceive me..."
Before William could finish, he suddenly threw a punch forward. The mohawk-haired man flinched, only to realize the blow hadn't landed on him, but on the wall behind him.
He turned to look and gulped hard. A clear fist print was embedded in the wall, with spiderweb cracks radiating from the impact.
If that punch had landed on him? He didn't even dare to imagine it!
"Spare me, hero!" The sight sobered the mohawk-haired man instantly. "What do you want to know? I'll tell you everything!"
