Living with Song Hana

The Overwatch world, D.Va, Dae-hyun... William knew where he was now. This had to be the MEKA Base, located in the waters off the coast outside Busan.

After the Omnic Crisis broke out, the South Korean government recruited elite gamers to pilot mechs against the enemy. This team of top players was known as the MEKA Tactical Squad.

This base was the front line against the Omnic Crisis.

After asking around, William learned that Dae-hyun had found him at sea. He and D.Va had pulled William aboard and originally intended to send him to the hospital, but they discovered that William merely seemed to be asleep—except he had slept for several hours.

"Who exactly are you?" Dae-hyun asked warily.

"You can call me William," William said.

"Song Hana," Song Hana said with a smile.

"I'm Dae-hyun." Seeing William's utterly calm expression, he could no longer hold back. "Hey, this is the superstar Song Hana. Why aren't you surprised at all? Have you never watched the news or something?"

William smiled. How could he possibly not be familiar with Song Hana? It was precisely because he knew her so well that he could stay this calm. He had seen D.Va's fan comics and little movies—cough, cough—as well as her heroic stories and CGs.

Just then, Song Hana noticed the Overwatch symbol on the back of William's hand. She froze, then said in surprise, "You're with Overwatch?!"

"Emmm..." William hesitated for a moment. "I guess you could say that."

"What do you mean, 'I guess'?" Dae-hyun lowered his voice as he spoke to Song Hana. "Hana, I think he's a fraud. Besides, Overwatch disbanded ages ago. The Petra Act of 2042 declared any form of Overwatch activity illegal. We should call the police."
