Only after running outside did he see people sprawled all over the ground. The Shimada Clan guards had all been taken down—no wonder no one had come to warn them.

Not far away was a hovercar. This black hovercar had a sleek, streamlined body, with a rear spoiler and wings. It was a limited-edition luxury sports car—and his personal vehicle.

He immediately got into the car and tried to start the engine. The hovercar was extremely fast. Once he left this place, he could quickly escape Hanzo, and Hanzo would never catch up.

The hovercar let out a roar as he hurriedly turned it toward the outskirts of Shimada Castle. But before he had driven very far, the headlights illuminated a figure in the distance.

That person was Hanzo. However, he held no bow in his hands. Instead, a katana hung at his waist.
