The people in the black airship felt a sudden sense of unease as they witnessed this scene.
Damn it, did we kick a steel plate?
The energy sphere struck the black airship at the speed of light, colliding head-on!
A silent explosion swept through the cosmos, forming a brilliant firework.
The black airship was instantly pulverized into dust.
Wang Shen's expression remained cold, and he cursed the trouble under his breath.
He hadn't encountered such things even in the chaotic Universe 7, yet here in the relatively orderly Universe 6, trouble had come knocking right from the start.
Wang Shen felt his feet sink as he prepared to return to the Shuttle Cube to continue his journey.
However, he noticed the blue-and-white airship was still heading toward him.
Wang Shen furrowed his brows and halted his descent.
In the blink of an eye, the airship arrived before the Shuttle Cube, and a voice emanated from within:
"I am a member of the Planet Sadala Lase Defense Force. That was a fugitive I was pursuing."
Wang Shen's pupils shifted, feeling quite surprised.
To think he had stumbled upon a Saiyan from Planet Sadala in the middle of a mission; this should save him from having to blunder about blindly.
However...
"What? You aren't planning to arrest me now, are you?"
"Ah! No, no, no!"
The voice from inside the airship hurriedly replied, filled with apology:
"I am truly sorry for putting you in unnecessary danger. I have no intention of blaming you; that was merely a justified act of self-defense."
Wang Shen raised an eyebrow.
The Saiyans of Universe 6 really do have gentle temperaments!
They are quite reasonable, too.
With that, Wang Shen waved his hand and said:
"It's fine, just a minor inconvenience."
"Since the fugitive has been dealt with, I would like to go to Planet Sadala. Could you lead the way?"
Hm?
The thin Saiyan inside the airship was startled, his gaze dropping, his pupils suddenly constricting.
That is... a tail!
How could there still be a Saiyan with a tail?
And why does this Saiyan have golden hair and a golden tail?
Is he able to survive in the vacuum of space because of that white aura on the surface of his body?
A series of bewildered questions surfaced in the thin Saiyan's mind.
He pressed a blue button, exposing his own figure to Wang Shen's sight.
Wang Shen's previously narrowed eyes suddenly widened.
"You are... Cabba!?"
Cabba nodded slightly, a gentle smile hanging on his lips.
As an ace member of the Lase Defense Force, he assumed the other party had simply heard of him and didn't think much of it.
"I can take you to Planet Sadala, but I would like to ask you a few questions first, if that's alright?"
"No problem."
Wang Shen smiled slightly; what a coincidence this was.
Confident in his own strength, he wasn't afraid of the other party knowing he wasn't a native of this universe.
"Come in here and we can talk. It's faster than your airship and much more comfortable."
Wang Shen used a space capsule to help Cabba store his airship, and they immediately began answering Cabba's many questions on the way to Planet Sadala.
Soon, the two arrived at Planet Sadala.
Under Cabba's guidance, they went to meet the most powerful Saiyan in this universe, the King of Sadala.
Among the many Saiyans, Wang Shen, with his golden hair and tail, looked completely out of place and incredibly conspicuous.
They cast sidelong glances and whispered among themselves.
To this, Wang Shen only wanted to say: they didn't know a treasure when they saw one!
Observing along the way, Wang Shen found that this Planet Sadala was indeed quite similar to Planet Vegeta in Universe 7.
It was simply more developed, orderly, and possessed a thick atmosphere of peace.
In his perception, the number of Saiyans on Planet Sadala approached a staggering three million.
Compared to Earth, this number was not worth mentioning.
But one had to remember that these were the Saiyans, a warrior race that had been at war for years; Planet Vegeta had only possessed a mere 700,000 Saiyans back in the day!
Moreover, the average combat power of the Saiyans on Planet Sadala was far higher than that of Planet Vegeta.
There were countless individuals with combat powers in the thousands or even millions.
Occasionally, they would even run into a few Saiyans with combat powers in the hundreds of millions who would greet Cabba.
Presumably, these must be the elites of the ace troops!
Seeing this, Wang Shen finally felt a hint of interest in this so-called King of Sadala.
Before long, Wang Shen and Cabba arrived before the Sadala Royal Palace.
A vast, majestic, and glorious palace appeared before their eyes.
After Cabba exchanged greetings with two guards, the two of them entered.
Although the strange-looking Wang Shen made them suspicious, their worship and trust in the terrifying strength of the King of Sadala led them to allow Cabba to bring him inside.
Under the watchful eyes of the King of Sadala, this primitive Saiyan could not stir up any trouble.
That's right, in their eyes, a Saiyan like Wang Shen who still possessed a tail was a symbol of primitiveness and backwardness.
It even represented weakness!
To allow an evil tail to influence one's heart and will was a burden that brought nothing but harm to one's strength!
After all, they had already evolved to a level where they would no longer grow tails.
However, Wang Shen was unaware of these things.
After entering the palace, Wang Shen remarked to Cabba with a sigh:
"It's been a long time since I've seen so many Saiyans, and none of them are weak."
"There are only a handful of Saiyans left in our universe."
Cabba expressed deep sympathy at this, then his eyes lit up with pride as he said:
"The survival of Planet Sadala is all thanks to the appearance of the King of Sadala."
"Oh! Did some kind of crisis occur?"
Wang Shen's interest was piqued, and he asked curiously.
As they walked, Cabba recalled:
"When I was young, Planet Sadala also faced the danger of extinction. A group of monsters shrouded in shadows suddenly descended upon Planet Sadala; they were powerful and their methods were cruel."
"At that time, we Saiyans were not as strong as we are today, and we couldn't organize any effective resistance."
"Consequently, the weak Saiyans were slaughtered en masse. The population plummeted by seventy percent; only ten percent of the Saiyans fled in all directions, while twenty percent gathered together, seeking a glimmer of hope."
Even today, when speaking of this, Cabba still felt a lingering fear and trembled.
That apocalyptic scene had left him with deep childhood trauma.
"Just as the Saiyans were on the verge of extinction, the King of Sadala suddenly stood up and brought forth a method to defeat the monsters."
Speaking of this, a smile reappeared on Cabba's heavy face.
"That day, the King of Sadala gathered five gentle-natured Saiyans, and then auspicious signs descended from the heavens..."
"Oh, we're here, Mr. Wang Shen."
Wang Shen snapped out of the story and looked up.
A retro giant door appeared before them, and immediately, an aura of majesty and nobility rushed toward him.
Cabba gestured to guide Wang Shen, saying:
"The King of Sadala is waiting for us inside."
Wang Shen nodded, then pushed open the doors and stepped inside.
Inside the magnificent and grand hall.
A few people stood on either side, all with black hair, wearing battle armor, and possessing burly physiques; each of them exuded an impressive aura.
At the far end, upon the throne.
A seemingly young red-haired man sat there with an air of dominance, his crimson pupils sparkling with spirit, his aura flickering in and out of existence.
His build was lean, and he looked somewhat out of place sitting upon the wide throne.
Wang Shen narrowed his eyes, his expression grave.
Indeed!
It seemed he had underestimated this King of Sadala earlier.
He was well aware of the earth-shattering power hidden within that seemingly lean and youthful body.
Even his newly achieved Super Saiyan 3 would be no match for him!
There were secrets within the King of Sadala!
