Sikong Jing revealed that he had secretly rescued Luo Guangmang by controlling two monstrous insects to carry Luo Guangmang’s spirit shadow and body. After reuniting them, he asked Luo Guangmang to see whether he could survive, leaving Luo Guangmang attempting to return to his ruined body.
Sikong Jing used the Multi-Leaf Seal’s immense life force to save Luo Guangmang, who had been left near death after his body was destroyed. Luo Guangmang survived but needed months to recover, leaving Sikong Jing’s idea of ambushing the Red Wind Old Monster without his help.
Sikong Jing learned that the imperial envoy might belong to the Heaven-Soaring Imperial Family, while Luo Guangmang warned that the Seal Sovereign Empire would likely avoid intervening. After hiding Luo in Blood Evil Valley and deciding to delay his breakthrough, Sikong Jing faced Tutu and Le Xiao, who demanded his answer.
Sikong Jing and Twelve Leopard endured the next stage of Blood Evil Valley while Luo Guangmang recovered, as chaos over a Five-Seal War General’s supposed death delayed their interrogators. After Luo Guangmang emerged from the cave, Sikong Jing asked him to help Twelve Leopard pass as Teng Yue, saying Teng Yue’s side should now be safe.
After a month of refusing to compromise, Sikong Jing and Twelve Leopard were being taken to negotiate with the Red Wind Sect when Chai Jiu ambushed them. Chai Jiu tried to seize the Cangyu Demon inheritances, but Luo Guangmang emerged from Blood Evil Valley as a Super Godly Warrior.
Sikong Jing used Luo Guangmang’s Super God Martial aura to force Chai Jiu to surrender the spatial teleportation transmission stones. Chai Jiu later doubted the ruse and returned, only to hear Red Wind Old Monster awaken inside Blood Evil Valley.
Sikong Jing explained the failed assassination attempt and negotiated the Cangyu Demon Sect’s relationship with the Red Wind Sect. Red Wind Old Monster accepted Teng Yue’s future potential as sufficient grounds for an alliance and sent the young men toward Heaven Seal Academy.
Red Wind Old Monster ordered Red Mountain and Hong Rong to arrange for Sikong Jing and Twelve Leopard to be killed after revealing their location to Eight Steeds, because he feared they might expose his murder of the Five-Seal War General. As Sikong Jing and Twelve Leopard prepared to leave for Heaven Seal Academy with Le Hun, Sikong Jing warned General Luo that Red Wind Old Monster suspected them.
Sikong Jing secretly contacted Luo Guangmang before departing the Red Wind Sea Region, while Elder Red Mountain and Elder Hong Rong plotted to follow and ambush the group. Luo Guangmang later met Jun Yiji in secret and told her how Sikong Jing had rescued him, including his suspicion about the imperial envoy.
Jun Yiji secretly reassigned the supposedly dead Luo Guangmang and sent him to rescue Sikong Jing, while Sikong Jing and Twelve Leopard reached the shore facing the Seal Sovereign Great Continent. The chapter left them four days from Heaven Seal Academy, with only five days remaining before Jun Yiji’s deadline.
Sikong Jing and the Red Wind Sect traveled toward the Seal Sovereign Great Continent, where limited entry tokens and rampant violence made the approach perilous. As they continued through the bloodshed, Lian Zhidiao waited on the coast with the experts of Eight Steeds Linked Camp Island.
Lian Zhidiao received coordinates and auras that let the Eight Steeds pursue Sikong Jing’s party, while Red Wind Sect elders and Chai Jiu followed with their own plans. As Sikong Jing traveled with Elder Le Hun, a Divine Martial spine shark surfaced nearby, and Elder Le Hun warned everyone to stay alert.
Sikong Jing sensed an ambush by more than a hundred Eight Steeds experts, but Le Xiao dismissed his warning until the attackers struck. Le Hun and her allies were overwhelmed, leaving Joy Soul alone against the enemy as Le Xiao and Tutu remained beside Sikong Jing.
Sikong Jing deduced that Red Mountain and Hong Rong had secretly exposed their group's location to the Eight Steeds Linked Camp Island, then exposed the disguised elders during the battle. The fighting paused as the Eight Steeds grew wary, while Red Mountain and Hong Rong fled and expected Chai Jiu and Elder Chen to arrive soon.
Sikong Jing dragged Joy Soul, Le Xiao, Tutu, and Twelve Leopard into the sea to escape the Eight Steeds, but sea beasts immediately surrounded them. With Joy Soul and Le Xiao unable to break through, Sikong Jing led the group toward a charging sea beast, and Joy Soul chose to trust his plan.
Sikong Jing led Le Hun, Le Xiao, Tutu, and Twelve Leopard into the sea beast Old Sword Spear to buy time and escape the surrounding demon fish sea beasts. As Old Sword Spear tried to expel them, Sikong Jing sent his Dual Spirit Shadows toward its Spirit Platform and urged Le Xiao to make Tutu contact Red Mountain.
Sikong Jing seized control of Old Sword Spear from within its Spirit Platform, saving Joy Soul, Le Xiao, and Tutu from the sea beasts’ power. He tricked the beasts into withdrawing their power, then escaped with Old Sword Spear’s body into the depths of the seabed.
Sikong Jing used Old Sword Spear’s body to reach the dying Divine Martial Thorn Shark and offered to save it. The Thorn Shark agreed to let him examine its injuries, promising to take him and his companions out of the seabed if he succeeded.
Sikong Jing deliberately arranged for the Divine Martial Thorn Shark to swallow him, Joy Soul, Le Xiao, and Tutu to escape the surrounding sea beasts. After Tutu’s communication jade confirmed Red Mountain and Red Rong had betrayed them, Sikong Jing proposed bargaining with the shark and finding a way to the Seal Sovereign Great Continent.
Sikong Jing began treating the Divine Martial Thorn Shark’s failing inner core by guiding it into partial demonic cultivation and studying its meridians. As he worked, Eight Steeds Linked Camp Island’s forces continued watching the surrounding waters and wondered whether the people trapped below were already dead.
Chai Jiu and the Red Wind Elders worried that Sikong Jing and the others might still be alive when Luo Guangmang arrived to rescue them. Learning that they had jumped into the sea a quarter of an hour earlier, Luo Guangmang unleashed his power and attacked the Eight Steeds.
Luo Guangmang attacked the Eight Steeds experts to avenge Sikong Jing, forcing Chai Jiu and the survivors into a desperate defense. After Chai Jiu exposed the nearby Red Wind Elders, Luo Guangmang found them and turned his spear on them as they tried to flee.
Luo Guangmang learned from Red Mountain’s life lamp that Sikong Jing and the others might still be alive, then dove into the sea to find them. After sea beasts told him they had been swallowed by a Divine Emperor Realm Thorn Shark, he dismissed the lamp as fake and resumed pursuing the Red Wind Elders, while Sikong Jing remained alive inside the shark and continued studying its meridians.
Sikong Jing joined with the Divine Emperor thorn shark and helped it destroy the Super Divine Martial power threatening its demon core. Meanwhile, Eight Steeds and the Red Wind Elders fled Luo Guangmang onto the Seal Sovereign Great Continent, while the Thorn Shark clan waited to see whether its prince had succumbed to demonic deviation.
Sikong Jing guided the Divine Emperor Thorn Shark out of its demonic state, helping it recover and break through to the peak Divine Emperor realm. The Thorn Shark offered to become his mount, but Sikong Jing asked it to take him and his companions to Heaven Seal Academy first.
