The Willow Race hosted an Emperor banquet and a genius banquet at the Ten Thousand Demon Hall, with the Celestial Race backing the gathering. Feather Transformation Emperor brought Sikong Jing and the Feather Alliance geniuses to attend, where Sea-Refining Emperor and Coiling Sea Imperial Venerable were denied entry for lacking invitations.
At the Willow Race’s banquet, Imperial Venerables had to seize invitation plaques from the Divine Willow to prove their strength. After several Spirit Race vassals failed and a Celestial Race vassal succeeded, Feather Transformation Emperor stepped forward to try.
Sikong Jing discovered that Menhang and the Spirit Race were pressuring Jinghang through Su Yuexi, but Yuexi challenged Long Yan herself and defeated him. The confrontation ended with Long Yan disarmed and kneeling before her.
Su Yuexi and Zhan You defeated Long Yan after he challenged them, and Sikong Jing used Su Yuexi’s condition for suitors to challenge her in turn. As they fought like lovers, Imperial Venerable Jinghang tried to intervene, but Feather Transformation Emperor blocked her and attacked.
Sikong Jing and Su Yuexi reunited and openly displayed their affection, while the Feather Transformation Emperor suppressed Jing Hang and backed Sikong Jing. Long Jing challenged Sikong Jing and threatened him and the Feather Transformation Emperor.
Sikong Jing defeated Long Jing in one move and defended Su Yuexi against the Ling Long faction’s threats before leaving with Feather Transformation Emperor’s group. Long Jing vowed revenge and demanded Su Yuexi as his concubine, while Junior Brother Gu worried about her safety.
Su Yuexi defended her decision to resist the Spirit Race to Imperial Venerable Jinghang, while Sikong Jing explained why she had protection in Ten Thousand Demon Hall. At the Genius Banquet Palace, Celestial and Willow Race geniuses learned that the Black-Clothed Youth belonged to the little-known Feather Alliance Hall.
The Feather Transformation Emperor and Imperial Venerable Jinghang obtained invitation plaques and entered the Imperial Venerable Banquet, which officially opened as the Genius Banquet began. The Willow Race announced that Tao Qi of the Celestial Race would select which geniuses could enter the banquet.
Tao Qi began the Genius Banquet’s ten-breath trial, while Imperial Venerables watched and learned that the lone wolf Yu Xianpo belonged to the Prison Race. By the ninth breath, only ten young contestants remained standing, and the trial ended with three people and one beast still upright.
The second round of the Genius Banquet began as the true geniuses entered Tao Qi’s trial area. The Green Rhino Demon Emperor confronted Feather Transformation Emperor over the Green Rhino Human Race’s betrayal, but the two withdrew their powers, and Sikong Jing and Su Yuexi joined the contestants.
Long Jing revealed that the Spirit Race would bypass the Celestial Race’s test and wait for Ancestor Ling Long to arrive with a young, powerful Extreme Prison expert. Meanwhile, Tao Qi’s second test ended, and Sikong Jing’s group passed as Yu Xianpo recognized them as Sword Clan initiates.
Sikong Jing was about to introduce himself to Liu Shun when the Spirit Race arrived and challenged the Celestial Race’s control of the Genius Banquet trial. As Ling Qi approached Tao Qi, Elder Linglong paused the confrontation to deal with a family matter.
Ling Qi accused Sikong Jing of stealing Long Jing’s concubine, but Su Yuexi and Sikong Jing publicly rejected the claim and declared their relationship. Witnesses backed them up, and Ling Long struck Long Jing for deceiving him.
At the Genius Banquet, Ling Long ordered Ling Qi to kill Sikong Jing, but Sikong Jing effortlessly shattered Ling Qi’s attack and unleashed his Winter Sword Chill. The faceless frost soldiers swept across the ten-mile area as Sikong Jing prepared to defeat Ling Qi.
Sikong Jing battled Ling Qi at the Genius Banquet, revealing a powerful combination of sword domains that astonished the gathered Emperors and spectators. Ling Qi summoned a Blood-Red Heroic Spirit, and the two forces remained locked in an even clash.
Sikong Jing fought Ling Qi to a standstill before Elder Linglong and the Feather Transformation Emperor stopped the duel. Sikong Jing left with Su Yuexi, while Ling Long’s warning that he was a Sword Clan initiate cooled the emperors’ interest in him.
The Spirit Race canceled Ling Qi’s rematch with Tao Qi, while Sikong Jing’s Sword Clan identity turned the other races against him and endangered the Feather Alliance Hall. Feather Transformation found an unexpected ally in Yu Xianpo, and at the genius banquet Wan Sandao privately thanked Sikong Jing for helping rescue the Shadow Moon Demon Rat.
At the banquets, Tao Qi toasted Sikong Jing despite the hostility toward Sword Clan initiates, and Sikong Jing explained why the Feather Alliance Hall might still attract the Celestial Race’s support. After the banquets, Ling Long publicly accused the Feather Transformation Emperor of colluding with the Ten Thousand Demon Hall, leaving Sikong Jing waiting to see whether Tian Tao would intervene.
Elder Linglong accused the Feather Transformation Emperor of betraying the Spirit Race, while Tian Tao and the other powerful Imperial Venerables declined to protect him. After the Emperor defended himself and Sikong Jing’s talent, Ling Long claimed to have proof of collusion and moved to seize him.
Yu Xianpo intervened when Linglong attacked the Feather Transformation Emperor, striking Linglong and declaring the Feather Transformation Emperor his brother and closest friend. As Linglong prepared to retaliate, Yu Xianpo reminded Tian Tao that Emperor-level fighting was forbidden on the Ten Thousand Demon Hall's territory.
Yu Xianpo protected the Feather Transformation Emperor from Linglong’s accusations and chose to take him and his disciples away, openly defying the Spirit Race. As they departed, Yu Xianpo threatened to kill any Spirit Race members who harmed the Feather Alliance Hall.
Yu Xianpo revealed that Sikong Jing had advanced beyond the Sword Clan beginner stage and brought him and the Feather Alliance Hall group under his protection. After returning to the alliance’s foothold, Yu Xianpo offered to renew his brotherhood with Feather Transformation Emperor, while Sikong Jing questioned how that would keep Feather Alliance Hall safe.
Yu Xianpo revealed that he had intervened because many Feather Alliance Hall disciples had crossed the Sword Clan’s threshold, and demanded their Sword Clan cultivation methods in exchange for protecting them. He confirmed that he was an Emperor-level Sword Clan member and left Sikong Jing and Feather Transformation Emperor facing his offer.
Sikong Jing negotiated with Yu Xianpo by revealing a way to help people survive Sword-Refining Extreme Prison without surrendering Feather Alliance Hall’s deeper Sword Clan secret. Yu Xianpo concluded that he needed Sikong Jing himself, leaving the alliance’s fate tied to Yu Xianpo’s decision to protect it.
Sikong Jing secured Yu Xianpo’s promise to protect Feather Alliance Hall after learning that the Sword Clan’s decline was tied to the loss of sinister yin spirit energy and the sealed Burial Emperor Tomb. Yu Xianpo then explained that Swordwalk Small World’s gate would open in Swordwalk Forbidden Domain three months later, revealing a possible path to protecting the alliance.
