Ch. 476Medicine Accomplished

Sikong Jing forced Yao Changeng to refine medicine to restore Su Yuexi’s meridians and dantian, while Long Night Holy Dragon Palace took control of Star Luo Palace. After the medicine was completed, Sikong Jing brought Su Yuexi to take it, leaving her recovery uncertain.

  • Sikong Jing threatened Yao Changeng into refining medicine for Su Yuexi, and Yao Changeng agreed so he could leave with Star Luo Palace’s belongings.
  • Yao Changeng revealed that Yu Wenxiong had fled to Star Luo Grand Academy, while Long Night Holy Dragon Palace rebuilt Star Luo Palace and gained public recognition of its victory.
  • On the tenth day, Yao Changeng completed the medicine, and Sikong Jing refused Ning Jingjing’s request to meet Commander Beigong so he could bring Su Yuexi to Star Luo Palace.
  • Ning Jingjing and Elder Wei followed Sikong Jing, hoping to see whether Su Yuexi truly possessed a battle body.
  • Yao Changeng examined Su Yuexi and confirmed the medicine was safe, then Su Yuexi swallowed the pill Sikong Jing gave her.

Ch. 477Su Yuexi, Battle Body

Su Yuexi’s meridians and dantian recovered enough for her bloodline to transform into a legendary battle physique. As the power of the Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop erupted from her, Sikong Jing realized her transformation might not be complete.

  • Su Yuexi’s bloodline aura rose from a sixth-grade Purple Vein through a seventh-grade Golden Vein and an eighth-grade Dark Vein to a ninth-grade Heavenly Vein.
  • Ning Jingjing confronted Yao Changeng over the Star Luo Palace’s rejection of Sikong Jing and Su Yuexi, and Yao Changeng blamed Bai Changwu and Yu Wenxiong.
  • Su Yuexi’s Heavenly Vein radiance vanished, jade-green light covered her body, and Yao Changeng recognized her as a true battle physique.
  • Su Yuexi told Sikong Jing that her meridians were still repairing, then sensed that her meridians and dantian had finished healing but something was wrong.
  • Seven-colored radiance and a fierce aura burst from Su Yuexi’s dantian, and Sikong Jing identified the power as the Flying Cloud Colorful Butterfly’s Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop.

Ch. 478Intimidate It, Warn It

Sikong Jing learned that Su Yuexi’s agony came from two battle bodies awakening and struggling for control. He found a way to suppress the Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop battle body while preserving it, then returned to find Qin Heng and the other court heads gathered around her.

  • Yao Changeng discovered that Su Yuexi had a dual battle body, and Sikong Jing realized her inherited battle body had awakened alongside the one formed by the Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop.
  • Huo Yanmei went to seek Vice Palace Master Qin and others as Su Yuexi’s pain worsened, while Sikong Jing consulted the beasts inside the Ten Thousand Beasts Heavenly Prison.
  • The Flying Cloud Colorful Butterfly proposed using Sikong Jing’s blood to suppress the battle body formed by the Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop.
  • The Divine Turtle warned Sikong Jing that his blood could make Su Yuexi’s first battle body cut away the new one, and advised him to use the Blood of Ten Thousand Beasts to intimidate the first battle body and conceal the new one.
  • Sikong Jing returned from the Ten Thousand Beasts Heavenly Prison, and Mei Xiaofang anxiously asked whether he had found a way as Qin Heng and the court heads watched Su Yuexi suffer.

Ch. 479Sikong Jing, Also a Battle Body

Sikong Jing used his blood and the aura of the Lord of Ten Thousand Beasts to suppress Su Yuexi’s conflicting battle physiques, saving her and allowing her first Battle Body to awaken safely. After he left with Su Yuexi, Qin Heng and the others realized Sikong Jing might possess an even stronger Battle Body himself.

  • Sikong Jing gave Su Yuexi his blood and used his will to force her first battle physique to retreat, while his Blood of Ten Thousand Beasts concealed and protected the Thousand-Beast Flower Blood Drop battle physique.
  • Su Yuexi’s first battle physique emerged without the seven-colored radiance, and she woke fully recovered as Yao Changeng checked her pulse.
  • Sikong Jing explained that he had suppressed Su Yuexi’s second battle physique rather than severing it, and said she could overcome the first one once she grew stronger.
  • Sikong Jing took Su Yuexi by the hand and left to explore Star Luo Palace, while Huo Yanmei declared that she wanted Su Yuexi as her student.
  • Qin Heng suggested Sikong Jing’s martial bloodline was stronger than Su Yuexi’s, and Yao Changeng and the academy heads realized Sikong Jing likely had a Battle Body of his own.

Ch. 480Mystic Heaven Five Realms, Apex

Yao Changeng discovered that Sikong Jing and Su Yuexi were battle bodies, so the Long Night Holy Dragon Palace bound him to keep the secret and sought Shen Qingye to train Su Yuexi. After twenty days, Sikong Jing completed the Six-Elephant Sword Art, reached the ninth level of the Mystic Sea Realm, and gave the palace its second Universe-grade martial technique.

  • Yao Changeng realized the Martial Vein Stone had failed to detect Sikong Jing and Su Yuexi’s battle bodies, then swore himself to the Long Night Holy Dragon Palace to avoid being killed.
  • Qin Heng proposed asking Palace Master Shen Qingye to train Su Yuexi, and returned to the palace to have the Seven Evolution Divine Dragon try to contact her.
  • Sikong Jing comforted Su Yuexi as she wondered about her grandmother and biological grandfather, and she chose not to dwell on her origins.
  • Su Yuexi and Mei Xiaofang stayed at the Long Night Star Luo Palace while Sikong Jing cultivated; Qin Heng agreed that Su Yuexi should await Shen Qingye’s guidance.
  • After completing the Six-Elephant Sword Art at Drunken Dragon Mountain, Sikong Jing opened all the Six-Elephant Heavenly Dragon meridians and broke through to the ninth level of the Mystic Sea Realm.
  • Qin Heng praised Sikong Jing’s lower Universe-grade sword art and revealed that it made the Long Night Holy Dragon Palace’s second Universe-grade martial technique.

Ch. 481Eastern Plains Thousand Tyrants Ranking, Update

Sikong Jing rejected the Sacred Dragon Central Academy’s demand to join it, urging the Long Night Holy Dragon Palace to stall for time and grow stronger. After revealing he was the Dark Wing Commander and returning to the army, he learned that the Eastern Plains Thousand Tyrants Ranking placed him at 698.

  • Qin Heng delivered the Central Academy’s threatening letter, but Sikong Jing tore it up and told him to delay their response while the Long Night Holy Dragon Palace strengthened its defenses.
  • Sikong Jing revealed to Qin Heng that he was the Dark Wing Commander, then left Drunken Dragon Mountain to return to the Long Night Black Burn Army.
  • Qin Heng told Huo Yanmei and the other academy masters about Sikong Jing’s Six-Elephant Sword Art, his plan to fortify the palace, and his identity as the Dark Wing Commander; they agreed to trust him and stall for time.
  • Sikong Jing and Ning Jingjing met Beigong Xianfeng at Central Castle, where Beigong announced that Sikong Jing had ranked 698 on the updated Eastern Plains Thousand Tyrants Ranking.

Ch. 482Seven Wolf Guards

Sikong Jing learned that Ji Ming had passed off the uncontrollable failures of the Seven Wolf Guards as the wager he owed Beigong Xianfeng. Sikong Jing entered the compound and commanded the seven hundred half-wolf soldiers to form ranks, and they obeyed.

  • Beigong Xianfeng told Sikong Jing that his ranking had caught the Long Night Emperor’s attention, and Sikong Jing revealed he had reached the peak of the Mystic Sea Realm.
  • Sikong Jing asked Beigong Xianfeng about the Seven Wolf Guards, and Beigong Xianfeng took him and Ning Jingjing to see them.
  • Sikong Jing realized Ji Ming had sent the failed demon-wolf essence blood fusions instead of the elite force he had wagered.
  • Beigong Xianfeng explained that the seven hundred soldiers were powerful but uncontrollable, and Sikong Jing offered to try commanding them.
  • Sikong Jing ordered the soldiers to withdraw and form ranks, and their savagery faded as they swiftly obeyed.

Ch. 483Eternal Night Wolf King Art

Sikong Jing calmed the seven hundred half-human, half-wolves and formed them into his Eternal Night Wolf Guards, giving them an art that could restore their original forms. He returned to the Sixty-Sixth Legion while Beigong Xianfeng went to search for records of the Eternal Night Wolf King, and Sikong Jing admitted the art was still far from his goal.

  • Sikong Jing freed the half-human, half-wolves from their cages, named them the Eternal Night Wolf Guards, and won their loyalty.
  • Sikong Jing appointed Lian Guang deputy commander and gave him the Eternal Night Wolf King Art, which could restore the guards to their original forms.
  • Sikong Jing told Beigong Xianfeng that his demon beast bloodline explained his affinity with the guards and claimed he had learned of the Eternal Night Wolf King from the humanoid demon beast.
  • Sikong Jing and Ning Jingjing returned to the Sixty-Sixth Legion, while Beigong Xianfeng left to search the imperial palace records for information about the Eternal Night Wolf King.
  • Ning Jingjing asked whether Sikong Jing could do anything, and he replied that his understanding of the Eternal Night Wolf King and his art remained inadequate.

Ch. 484The Name, Exposed

Sikong Jing worried that his name on the Eastern Plains Thousand Tyrants Ranking would reveal he was alive to Sikong Ling, and resolved to avoid rising into the top hundred. Wangqing discovered his name on the ranking and set out to use it against Sikong Ling, but Mo Ci blocked her at the palace gates.

  • Sikong Jing told Ning Jingjing that studying the Eternal Night Wolf King Art was vital to saving his sister, then realized his ranking could expose him to Sikong Ling.
  • Sikong Jing decided not to make careless moves or advance into the top hundred of the Eastern Plains Thousand Tyrants Ranking.
  • Sikong Ling confronted Wangqing, struck her, mutilated her toes, and threatened to make her fall another hundred ranking places each month.
  • Wangqing learned Sikong Ling was keeping her and her allies out of the Azure Dragon Small Domain, then spotted Sikong Jing’s name ranked 698th.
  • Wangqing decided to use the name to make Sikong Ling doubt that her brother was dead and hurried out with a junior sister, but Mo Ci stopped them.

Ch. 485I Want You to Kill Her Brother Again

Mo Ci uncovered Wangqing’s plot against Sikong Ling and took her toward the Long Night Imperial Capital to make her kill Sikong Jing in front of Sikong Ling. Three days later, Chi Hang rejected the suggestion that he date Su Yuexian, calling her unworthy.

  • Mo Ci struck Wangqing, revealed that she knew Wangqing had used a fake Sikong Jing to endanger Sikong Ling, and kept Wangqing alive as a source of hatred for Sikong Ling.
