Sikong Jing effortlessly defeated the group besieging him, then caught Senior Sister Cen’s Shadow Wielding Realm slash barehanded. He revealed the Tyrant War King Halberd and seemed ready to redirect everyone’s attention toward the Tyrant Soul Secret Realm.
Sikong Jing revealed the Tyrant War King Halberd, defeated Senior Sister Cen, and tried to leave with Tie Ti'er. Granny Kui refused to release Tie Ti'er and decided to help Gong Ying capture Sikong Jing as he departed.
Sikong Jing escaped the Eastern Tyrant Branch while Gong Ying and other powerful figures arrived to investigate the deaths in the Tyrant Soul Secret Realm. Gong Ying learned that Sikong Jing had obtained the Tyrant War King Halberd and vowed to kill him, while Granny Kui forcibly took Tie Ti'er away before she could declare her friendship with him.
Gong Ying's faction planned to kill Sikong Jing during the District-Seizing War and silenced four captains who could not be trusted. Tie Ti'er punished Granny Kui for trying to help kill Sikong Jing and dismissed her as her attendant.
Sikong Jing returned to the Yao Residence and watched Hua Meixi defeat the fighters preparing for the District-Seizing War. Hua Meixi challenged him, and Sikong Jing accepted as the courtyard learned he had returned.
Sikong Jing defeated Hua Meixi in a spar using the Tyrant Soul Heavenly Demon Halberd and revealed that he had obtained the Tyrant Soul Venerable’s inheritance. He presented the Overlord Soul Battle-Killing Diagram as the key to learning where the Venerable had gone, but only he could access it.
Sikong Jing explained Hua Meixi’s altered battle body and prepared to use the Tyrant Soul Heavenly Demon Halberd in the District-Seizing War to draw out the missing Tyrant Lotus Venerable. Yao Yulou revealed that the Thousand Kings Holy Tower held his parents captive and could force him to leave Jiang Wanyou, leaving Sikong Jing resolved by anger and concern.
Sikong Jing learned how Pei Kuang controlled Yao Yulou through his family and resolved to investigate the prisoners in Thousand Prison Tower and help them escape. As the District-Seizing War began, Sikong Jing and the Yao Residence group headed for Shaking Wind Manor and learned that the Chaos Districts would bear the brunt of the fighting.
Sikong Jing learned how the District-Seizing War endangered ordinary people and arrived with the Yao Residence at Shaking Wind Manor, where Chang Ao announced the rules. The chapter ended with Cang Lin recognizing the voice of Pei Yuzheng, who dismissed ordinary people as ants.
Pei Yuzheng arrived at Shaking Wind Manor and announced that the Thousand Kings Holy Tower would participate in the District-Seizing War and establish itself in Chaos-Shaking City. The ten great factions voted to let the Holy Tower onto the stone platform, and Cang Lin ultimately raised his hand to secure unanimous approval.
Pei Feie used the District-Seizing War gathering to investigate President Pei Feishan’s death, with Pei Yuzheng backing his demand. Pei Feie accused Yao Yulou, who denied the charge, while Sikong Jing remained beside him.
Yang Zhi claimed responsibility for killing Pei Feishan and produced his corpse, ending Pei Feie’s attempt to identify Yao Yulou as a traitor. Chairman Chang Ao then announced the start of the District-Seizing War, with factions entering Chaos District Eight in order of their districts.
As the District-Seizing War began, Sikong Jing warned Yang Zhi that the Thousand Kings Holy Tower might retaliate, then watched the factions fight their way toward higher districts. Tie Ti'er apologized for Granny Kui’s behavior and invited Sikong Jing and the Yao Residence to fight alongside Ancient Sacred Peak, while Pei Yuzheng spotted the black-clothed Sikong Jing and grew irritated.
Pei Yuzheng confronted Tie Ti'er over her closeness to Sikong Jing and vowed to kill the black-clad youth. Tie Ti'er repeatedly fooled and mocked Pei Yuzheng before leaving, and he ended the encounter furious and threatening Sikong Jing.
Pei Yuzheng threatened to kill Sikong Jing and demanded that Yao Yulou send Hua Meixi to him as a concubine, forcing the Yao Residence to consider abandoning the District-Seizing War. Sikong Jing rejected fleeing and vowed to kill Pei Yuzheng, though Weng Ting questioned whether they could dare to kill Pei Kuang’s son.
Sikong Jing rallied the Yao Residence’s fighters to battle despite the threat from the Thousand Kings Holy Tower, and entered Chaos District Eight to begin the District-Seizing War. Pei Yuzheng followed through the same entry point, intent on killing Sikong Jing first.
Tie Ti'er entered Chaos District Eight without realizing Sikong Jing was the black-clothed young man, while Sikong Jing prepared to face Pei Yuzheng alone and keep his companions out of danger. As his group advanced, a golden arrow streaked toward his back from behind.
Pei Yuzheng shot Sikong Jing into a pool and left him buried in the mud, convincing everyone that he was dead. As Pei Yuzheng departed and those watching mourned or celebrated, Yao Yulou regained his composure.
Yao Yulou and Hua Meixi reassured their allies that Sikong Jing had faked his death and was following a plan. When Senior Sister Cen ordered the Yang Residence team to dig up his body and stab it, they found only Pei Yuzheng’s golden arrow, leaving Sikong Jing’s fate unresolved.
Sikong Jing revealed that he had survived Pei Yuzheng’s arrow by catching it and hiding in a tree, then confronted Senior Sister Cen and the Yang Residence fighters. He summoned the Tyrant War King Halberd and prepared to begin his first battle in the District-Seizing War.
Sikong Jing fought the Yang Residence’s forces with the Tyrant War King Halberd, devastating their ranks despite their superior numbers. He blocked a combined attack from forty Sea Soaring Realm experts with Ice Eternal Shield, leaving his fate obscured by dust.
Sikong Jing survived the combined attack of forty Sea Soaring Realm cultivators and slaughtered the Yang Residence forces and Senior Sister Cen’s group as they fled. As he closed in on the remaining Dongba geniuses, Gong Ying ordered Duanmu Chun to stop him, but Duanmu Chun said he could not.
Sikong Jing spared the twenty Dongba geniuses so Yang Zhi could enter the Tremor Region and face him in the Emperor Martial Stage battle. While Yang Zhi and the others claimed Sikong Jing had been frightened by Gong Ying, Sikong Jing returned as they plotted to attack the Yao Residence.
Sikong Jing returned and killed Yang Residence’s young fighters after realizing Yang Zhi might represent the Eastern Tyrant Branch in the Emperor Martial Stage battle. With Yang Residence unable to qualify for Shaking One District, its members faced losing their home and status as the other factions departed to search for Yang Yi’s group.
The powerful figures learned that Sikong Jing possessed Tyrant Soul Venerable’s inheritance and the Tyrant War King Halberd, and the news spread rapidly as they sent warnings to their young fighters. Meanwhile, Pei Yuzheng told Tie Ti’er that he had killed Sikong Jing, leaving her devastated and blaming herself.
