Ch. 1930War Erupts, The Shore is Behind You

Sikong Jing rallied Willow Leaf City against the Thousand Kings Holy Tower, turning the balance of power against it. Ye Ke and a tenth of Willow Leaf Holy Manor's troops defected to join the city and the Tyrant Heaven Chamber of Commerce, leaving Ye Wucan facing a divided army.

  • Willow Leaf City residents rallied behind Sikong Jing and condemned the Thousand Kings Holy Tower and Ye Wucan for their actions.
  • Sikong Jing ordered the city's fighters to form army-slaying and sword formations aimed at the arena and Willow Leaf Holy Manor troops.
  • Pei Yupo urged Ye Wucan to make the city withdraw, but the residents refused to obey him.
  • Ye Wucan ordered his troops to form up, while Ye Ke and other officers held back and urged him to reverse his decision to submit to the Thousand Kings Holy Tower.
  • After Ye Wucan rejected their appeal, Ye Ke renounced Willow Leaf Holy Manor and led a tenth of its troops in an attack toward the Tyrant Heaven Chamber of Commerce and the city's forces.

Ch. 1932Terror, Space Sacred Key

Gan Wumie used the Space Sacred Key to banish Qianyuan War Emperor and escaped the Sacred Wall, then set out to find Sikong Jing. As the battle at Willow Leaf North City raged, Su Yuexian went to activate Liu Duoye’s Saint Martial strike, unaware that Gan Wumie was on the move.

  • Gan Wumie teleported Qianyuan War Emperor away with the Space Sacred Key, then discovered Willow Leaf Holy Manor had no grand formation.
  • Ye Wuzhi retreated into the Sacred Wall, but Gan Wumie waited for its tree patterns to close before leaving to search for Sikong Jing; Ye Wuzhi was trapped inside and broke through to the fifth level of the Emperor Realm.
  • At Willow Leaf North City, Sikong Jing directed the fierce battle as Murong Jianyun fought Pei Chang with his main formations.
  • Su Yuexian told Sikong Jing she would activate Liu Duoye’s Saint Martial strike against the enemy Saint Martial Stage fighter, and Sikong Jing told her to wait for his signal and avoid the Sacred Wall.
  • Su Yuexian headed through Willow Leaf City toward the Sacred Wall, then turned in surprise after brushing past an old man.

  • Su Yuexian reached the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall and waited for Sikong Jing’s signal to activate Liu Duoye’s strike.
  • Sikong Jing ordered Murong Jianyun to feign the return of his old injuries, drawing Pei Chang into the air above Dragon Controlling Mountain’s troops.
  • Sikong Jing gave the signal, and Su Yuexian struck the Sacred Wall with Liu Duoye’s Willow Leaf Sacred Token.
  • The jade-green beam hit Pei Chang before he could escape, then scattered into Dragon Controlling Mountain’s troops.

Ch. 1934Sikong Jing, Teleported

Sikong Jing led the army into a close-quarters assault after Liu Duoye’s attack disrupted the Dragon Controlling Mountain troops, but Gan Wumie used a sacred key to teleport him away. As Su Yuexi hid his disappearance to protect morale, Pei Chang survived the strike badly wounded and demanded answers from Ye Wucan.

  • Fenglei Bao urged the Emperor and Venerable Realm experts to block Liu Duoye’s attack, and Sikong Jing ordered the army to break formation and charge the Dragon Controlling Mountain troops with hundred-man formations.
  • Gan Wumie ambushed Sikong Jing and used the Space Sacred Key to teleport him through a spatial passage.
  • The Golden Divine Dragon told Sikong Jing that he was being teleported a short distance within the Willow Leaf City region, leaving him unable to help the army until he arrived.
  • Su Yuexi and the Armor-Splitting Flying Scorpion realized Sikong Jing had vanished, and Su Yuexi ordered the Scorpion to keep the army from learning about it.
  • Pei Chang spat blood after surviving Liu Duoye’s attack and demanded an explanation from Ye Wucan.

Ch. 1935Wind Thunder Roaring Beast, Devour

After Su Yuexian used Liu Duoye’s stored power to cripple Pei Chang, the enemy sent the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast to capture her. Sikong Jing was suddenly teleported away, leaving Su Yuexi to keep the battle plans going, while another jade-green strike erupted from the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall as Su Yuexian faced the beast.

  • Pei Yupo identified Su Yuexian as the one who had unleashed Liu Duoye’s power, and Fenglei Bao ordered the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast to capture her alive.
  • Pei Chang struck Ye Wucan and blamed him for knowing nothing about the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall’s power.
  • Murong Jianyun discovered Sikong Jing had vanished, used his life lamp to confirm he was alive, and went to rescue Su Yuexian while Su Yuexi concealed Sikong Jing’s disappearance and directed the troops.
  • Pei Yusheng hid inside the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast’s ear as it arrived at the sacred wall and pinned Su Yuexian down.
  • The Wind Thunder Roaring Beast inhaled toward Su Yuexian, but a jade-green sword beam burst from the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall and struck at it.

Ch. 1936Ye Wuzhi, Top Emperor

Ye Wuzhi escaped the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall and blocked the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast while Murong Jianyun and Su Yuexian returned to the battlefield. Sikong Jing emerged from Gan Wumie's teleportation in a desolate forest, several days from Willow Leaf City, and confronted Gan Wumie about his intentions.

  • Ye Wuzhi broke out through the Willow Leaf Sacred Wall, warned Su Yuexian that Gan Wumie might teleport Sikong Jing, and fought the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast.
  • Su Yuexian met Murong Jianyun and learned that Sikong Jing had already been teleported away, so they returned to the battlefield.
  • Sikong Jing emerged from the spatial passage above an uninhabited forest, where the old man's body collapsed and Gan Wumie's consciousness appeared.
  • Gan Wumie told Sikong Jing that Willow Leaf City was about three and a half days away by an ordinary Divine Shuttle Ship.
  • Sikong Jing asked Gan Wumie whether he had teleported him there to enslave him again.

Ch. 1937Decision Made, I Will Take Your Sacred Artifact

Gan Wumie tried to force Sikong Jing into enslavement by threatening his family and friends in Willow Leaf City, but Sikong Jing judged that they could hold their own without him. After a quarter-hour delay, Sikong Jing revealed he had gathered demon beasts into a Beast Slaughter Array and demanded Gan Wumie's sacred artifact and instructions for using it.

  • Gan Wumie demanded that Sikong Jing submit to enslavement in exchange for teleportation back to Willow Leaf City, threatening that his loved ones would die if he refused.
  • Sikong Jing offered cooperation or a contract instead, but Gan Wumie rejected both and insisted that only enslavement would satisfy him.
  • Sikong Jing considered the battlefield situation and spent a quarter of an hour apparently weighing Gan Wumie's offer.
  • Sikong Jing refused enslavement and announced that he would seize Gan Wumie's sacred artifact.
  • Sikong Jing activated the Beast Slaughter Array, surrounding Gan Wumie with gathered demon beasts, and demanded the artifact and instructions for using it.
  • Gan Wumie stared at the array and asked whether Sikong Jing had wielded the legendary Beast Slaughter Array.

Ch. 1938Spatial Lockdown, Pursuit

Sikong Jing trapped Gan Wumie’s weakened spiritual projection with the Beast Slaughter Array’s spatial lockdown, but Gan Wumie escaped and threatened Sikong Jing’s family in Willow Leaf City. Sikong Jing pursued him to learn how to use the sacred artifact, while the battle above Willow Leaf City continued without his command.

  • Sikong Jing used the Beast Slaughter Array to lock down space and repeatedly forced Gan Wumie out of his spatial passages.
  • Gan Wumie escaped through a flaw in Sikong Jing’s lockdown and threatened that Sikong Jing’s family in Willow Leaf City would die unless he pursued him.
  • Sikong Jing withheld his Beast Slaughter arrow and pursued Gan Wumie with the imperial artifact so he could learn how to use the sacred artifact and return quickly.
  • Ye Wuzhi defeated the injured Wind Thunder Roaring Beast, which fled to join Fenglei Bao on the battlefield.
  • Fenglei Bao saw the Wind Thunder Roaring Beast’s sword wound and asked who had injured it.

Ch. 1939Sacred Decree, Become the New Manor Lord

Ye Wuzhi arrived at the battle for Willow Leaf North City as a top-tier Emperor and learned that Sikong Jing had been teleported away, leaving the defenders struggling. Su Yuexi proposed using Liu Duoye’s Sacred Token to have Ye Wuzhi depose Ye Wucan and rally Willow Leaf Holy Manor’s forces, and Ye Wuzhi accepted the token.

  • The Wind Thunder Roaring Beast identified Ye Wuzhi as a top-tier Emperor, and Ye Wucan denied that his crippled third brother could have reached that realm.
  • Ye Wuzhi arrived above the battlefield, where Su Yuexi and Su Yuexian told him about the fighting and Sikong Jing’s teleportation.
  • Ye Wuzhi reassured Su Yuexi that Gan Wumie was only a spiritual shadow and could not threaten Sikong Jing, who would return in three days.
  • Su Yuexian revealed Liu Duoye’s Willow Leaf Sacred Token and suggested it could rally the manor’s people, though Ye Wucan might refuse to obey.
  • Su Yuexi urged Ye Wuzhi to use the token to strip Ye Wucan of his position and become Manor Lord, and Su Yuexian handed it to him.
  • Ye Wuzhi accepted the Sacred Token as Su Yuexi told him the manor’s forces had to join their side for them to win.

Ch. 1940I, Unworthy

Ye Wuzhi used Liu Duoye’s Sacred Token to connect with the Sacred Wall and declared himself the new Manor Lord of Willow Leaf. After most of the Willow Leaf troops accepted him, he defeated Ye Wucan and ordered the army to attack the invaders.

  • Ye Wuzhi forced the remaining Willow Leaf Holy Manor direct-line members to join his Army-Slaying Formation, leaving Ye Wucan isolated.
  • Murong Jianyun and Ye Wuzhi joined forces, and the combined defenders drove the Dragon Controlling Mountain troops out of Willow Leaf City.
  • Murong Jianyun ordered a pursuit, while Su Yuexi asked Jing Gege whether he was all right.
  • Gan Wumie trapped Sikong Jing in a sandy forbidden zone where broken formations prevented him from using a Beast Slaughter Array, then urged him to submit or return to Willow Leaf City.
  • Sikong Jing's spirit shadows broke through to the Emperor Emergence Realm, but his humanoid spirit shadow was overpowered by Gan Wumie.
  • Sikong Jing spoke from behind Gan Wumie, who turned to see a second, beast-form spirit shadow.

Ch. 1942The Holy Key is Obtained, the Spirit Shadow Self-Destructs

Sikong Jing used his two spirit shadows to take Gan Wumie's Space Sacred Key, then threatened him with imperial artifacts and tortured his spirit projection to get the key's method of use. Gan Wumie's spirit projection exploded, but Sikong Jing realized it was not dead yet.

  • Sikong Jing's humanoid and beast-form spirit shadows attacked Gan Wumie from both sides and knocked the Space Sacred Key away.
  • The humanoid spirit shadow returned the key to Sikong Jing, who revealed that he had Dual Spirit Shadows and demanded Gan Wumie's enslavement and the method for using the artifact.
  • Gan Wumie refused, but Sikong Jing suppressed the Space Sacred Key with the Ten Thousand Beasts Heavenly Prison's power and surrounded Gan Wumie's spirit projection with imperial artifacts.
  • Sikong Jing used methods taught by the vicious beasts in the Ten Thousand Beasts Heavenly Prison to torture Gan Wumie's spirit projection.

Sikong Jing learned that Gan Wumie had survived his encounter with the Qianyuan War Emperor, but Gan Wumie’s scattered spirit shadow could not speak for years, putting Sikong Jing’s return to Willow Leaf City in doubt. Just as the Qianyuan War Emperor offered to try using the Space Sacred Key, Gan Wumie’s remnants suddenly formed a black pearl.

  • Gan Wumie escaped a thousand miles away and threatened Sikong Jing, but the Qianyuan War Emperor found and tore him apart.
  • Sikong Jing followed the Qianyuan War Emperor and determined from the Space Sacred Key that Gan Wumie was still alive.

  • Gan Wumie revealed that the Divine Martial Shadow Pearl could preserve him and might let him advance to the Divine Martial Stage, and the Qianyuan War Emperor could not damage it.
  • The Black Prison Heaven-Swallowing Tiger and other beasts confirmed the pearl was made by the Flame Prison Heavenly Emperor, so Sikong Jing decided to keep it and eventually take it to Boundless Sea.
  • The Qianyuan War Emperor entrusted Sikong Jing with trapping Gan Wumie in Boundless Sea, and Sikong Jing agreed before asking him to use the Space Sacred Key to return to Willow Leaf City.
  • The Qianyuan War Emperor attempted to teleport Sikong Jing, but they emerged among the ruins around the Willow Leaf Sacred Tomb, and repeated attempts failed to take them to their destination.
