Kayaba Akihiko explained how he had negotiated with governments to prepare for Jianghu’s launch, while retaining the ambition to create a true world of his own. He revealed that players’ cultivation and experience would generate Chat Group Points through Jianghu’s agreement and exchange system, leaving him able to expand access as the game grew.
Kayaba Akihiko explained how Jianghu’s user agreement let him recycle players’ cultivation results into Points while building a self-sustaining virtual world. Marquis Voban considered using a harsher version of the scheme, but recognized that Kayaba’s openness would attract far more participants and yield greater returns.
Marquis Voban considered using Kayaba Akihiko’s game-based approach to gather Points, but Loki mocked his lack of technical skill. Voban revealed an Authority suited to his own world, then clarified that it belonged to a version of himself from a derivative world connected to Bai Xuan’s World.
Marquis Voban planned to buy the Corridor of the Underworld Authority and build a trial system that could generate Points from Trial-Takers, despite the high cost. His argument with Loki escalated into a Virtual Battle Arena fight, while Ace returned to the Chat Group after reshaping his world with Infinite Tsukuyomi.
Ace ended the Great Pirate Era by overthrowing the World Government and building the peaceful, integrated Azure Alliance, giving the Will of D a new meaning: Development and Dawn. As Su Yunqing and the others reflected on his achievement, Whitebeard proudly praised Ace as his son.
Ace reunited emotionally with Whitebeard in the Chat Group, then revealed that Shanks and Mihawk had Celestial Dragon blood and disclosed the Holy Knights’ role and the hidden truth of the God Valley Incident. He ended with the revelation that Blackbeard was Rocks’s son and reflected on Rocks and Whitebeard’s efforts to protect their families.
Ace explained that Teach would never regret betraying the Whitebeard Pirates, while Whitebeard said his loyalty to Rocks did not excuse Teach’s crimes. Ace then revealed that in his world, Whitebeard spared Teach after he begged for forgiveness, so Ace killed him instead, provoking the Whitebeard Pirates.
Ace revealed records of four ancient gods in the Pirate World and suggested that the God of Rain was the Celestial Dragons’ greatest fear. He then shared hypotheses linking the gods to Imu, whose identity remained erased from most historical documents.
Ace and the group debated whether ancient gods’ powers had survived in Devil Fruits, and Tony proposed that Buggy’s Chop-Chop Fruit, Dragon’s unknown Fruit, and Chopper’s Human-Human Fruit might correspond to the Gods of Earth, Rain, and Forest. The theory gained some support, but Marquis Voban questioned whether Buggy could ever awaken his Fruit.
Su Yunqing and the others speculated about whether Buggy could awaken his Chop-Chop Fruit before discovering that Marquis Voban had defeated Loki in the Virtual Battle Arena. Voban explained that his thrice-enhanced [Godslayer Status] suppressed all divine powers, leaving Loki to recognize the terrifying force of an ability like Luo Hao’s [Divine Enemy].
After losing to Marquis Voban, Loki realized he needed to strengthen his Status as well as his power and planned to use the Enhancement Function. Meanwhile, Aqua joined the Chat Group and argued with Kazuma Sato, who tried to explain that its members came from Parallel Worlds.
Su Yunqing explained the Chat Group and directed Aqua to watch a Memory Copy of her future with Kazuma Sato. After seeing it, Aqua denied she would behave like her parallel self and decided to avoid that future by refusing to accompany Kazuma, but Kazuma warned that Fate would not let her escape so easily.
After fighting Kabane with her party, Aqua reflected on the Memory Copy and wondered what she felt about Kazuma Sato. When Kazuma Sato arrived at the Reincarnation Place, she posed as a dignified goddess and fooled him.
Aqua explained Kazuma Sato’s reincarnation and offered him a choice of powerful abilities, but Kazuma questioned why he should risk his life fighting the Demon Lord. After Aqua convinced him that the Demon Lord threatened the comfortable life he wanted, Kazuma turned his attention to Aqua and began probing her strength.
